So glad everything is working out for you and yours. I had a 4x bypass in November, and while I had the usual anxiety the night before, it helped to remember that for the guy who was going to cut me open and mess with my heart, it was just another Tuesday. Modern medicine does incredible stuff on the reg these days!!

We went through open heart surgery with our oldest daughter! It was the scariest experience we've been through! She is a teenager now and everyday I'm so thankful and proud of her! Sounds like Baby B has the same thing as my Girlfriends daughter. She had open heart surgery as a baby as well and grew up to be a D1 tennis player. Keep your head up and keep your faith! It may seem rough rn but he will live a very full and happy life :) Best to you and your family.

My daughter was born with the same thing. Patent Ductus Arterios they kept her on the Digoxin for a year. And they would not operate until She was a year old, but she came out of it. They finally closed the duct and back to normal she also had a small hole in her heart, but it was on the muscle side. And when she grew it would close. But everything worked out fine. She's a 100% healthy and and it'll be that way for you. I'm sure everything will be just fine but it is stressful. I mean, I was brought to tears when the Dr. told us. God bless.

As I've said in your last video, I had heart problems right outta my mom to then 10 years ago in my 40s, I had 2 open heart surgeries in 1 1/2yrs. The heart doctors of today ARE amazing. Baby B will grow up to be a wonderful Son for your family ❤

My little brother had a heart surgery when he was little and the heart surgeons are amazing in Utah so I’ll be praying for your little guy.
