Hello Kestava, Your videos and information are on the spot and helpful for exam takers. I would like to ask you if you can present one or two problems, exam like type, on Temporary Structures, in building design/construction, something like form work or shoring system under poured slabs and the impact on deflection once the temporary structures are removed. Thank you.
Great video! Question - You said horizontal irregularies would only apply to the horizontal diaphragms (roof/floor). So if the roof was full 60'x100' rectangle, but the walls below were in the pattern you used for an example (so the roof had a 20'x25' overhang in the corner), would that not be a Type 2 irregularity?
Have you Designed A Re-entrant Corner Before?
In the middle of one right now. Thanks for the video.
Man,,,,, your are the best

Hello, is structural separation helps to encounter reentrant corner?

I should consult code before asking, but does this apply to wind at all?
I believe wind has torsional irregularity requirements that should be checked for irregular buildings
