Guineas are so amusing and interesting to watch. Some say they are too noisy, I rather enjoy the outbursts of sounds and intensity they give. I free range mine and you can tell where they are at and what they are doing by the sounds they make. I also like them because they are not like chickens. They seem to be an older version of bird, and with the bone protruding fom their head they look like dinosaur era birds. I have both and the chickens are always trying to see what the Guineas are doing, not the other way round. Why did the Chicken cross the road?...to see what the Guineas were doing! I have Royal Purple Guineas and Partridge Chantecler Chickens. Great video. Looking forward to more.

Poor locusts 😂. I just bought six keets a few days ago. They're so loud, I think they miss their mother

I have a question that is "how many days are taken by the guinea fowl to lay eggs".

They need a coop for protection from severe cold. It gets to -40°F here, and they okay.

i have got guinea fowl that hang out with a couple of chickens. they are free to run around the farm in the day do whatever they like and they return to their night cage to be locked up for their own safety on dusk.. i dont like to see animals in cages in the day with dirt floors when clearly they are grass birds, i suspect when mine become adult they will live in the trees at night with the bush turkeys.. they are quiet lovely creatures.. a bit more intersting than chooks..

Um I really hate to ask this...I'm afraid of the answer...but early on in this vid someone feeds them a what looks to be a handful of seeds...I'm hoping here they weren't ticks, but I need to ask the question anyway...what was that you fed to them? Thanks and very entertaining vids by the way
