A CEO who cannot remember anything and apparently knew nothing about anything. How convenient. Remembered to cash her pay cheque every month and her outrageous bonuses. Look at the body language showing she is potentially lying or trying to restate the truth in a convenient lie. A lot of these questions are simple 'Yes' or 'No' but again always the excuse of not remembering or was to lazy and/or uninterested to face the facts at he time and now just blame others. Guilty as charged.

Huge amounts of deflecting today, memory lapses and several attempts to claim sentences shouldn't be read as they were written.....

She will get off Scot free and swan of into the sunset . It makes me sick that people in these positions get away every time. We mustn’t forget the people that went to prison or committed suicide. It makes me so angry.

If government ever need to understand why people are so angry right now about the state of everything, it's because of situation like this. Hard Justice needs to be served not just a chit chat costing the taxpayer even more money.

The KC wasn't hard enough on her, letting her control a lot of what was going on. He also didn't push her on many of the answers she was giving. He was hard on some of the other senior witnesses but not this awful devil, hiding behind religion, ill health and so-called emotion. Saying I can't remember, or I am unsure doesn't really cut it as she has had plenty of time and huge amounts of coaching from some of the best lawyers available. I don't think anything will come of this, they will get away with it and disappear back into their wealthy lives.

I agree. I think there are times when he should have challenged her as to whether she was lying or incredibly incompetent to the point that she should have resigned.

I think I have to disagree. I have a great deal of confidence in our Mr. Beer. He came in pretty hot yesterday. Remember he wants to avoid the risk that she will just lawyer up. Sometimes it seems to me that just letting this liar continue to ridiculously ramble on shows herself very badly indeed with Mr. Beer then sitting in strategically in wait with evidence that directly contradicts what she has just testified to. I think I am right that both of us want badly to see her and many others be criminally prosecuted and sent to prison. To that end, the longer he can keep her talking the more the prosecutors will have to work with. Remember she was formally informed of her rights and therefore all of this will be admissible in her much hoped-for trial!

The only way to determine whether she is telling the truth is for 12 of her peers to decide in a criminal court. She needs to be charged and then let the justice system determine.
