- Seal...., it’s been fermenting for 4 months in Siorapaluk, in the far north of Greenland. Like the most astringent blue cheese you’ve ever had. X 4. Wow, almost brings tears to your eyes. But it didn’t have any adverse effects! Hurrah.
So calm yet so wild!
