Sir, I have hypothyroidism. My levothyroxine dose was started from 25 mcg for tsh 10.3, then dose was tirated gradually to 50 mcg. At present my tsh was 3.8 (Ref. range -0.3 to 4.5 ). But stil facing symptoms of anxiety, insomnia and depressed thoughts. My age is 26 and weight is currently 80 kg, height is 5'5". Sir, many places I read tsh should be maintained below 2.5 i.e., in lower half of reference range. Sir, I want to know tsh is okk or dose needs to be changed more!
