    Can you give Nitro if someone has hyperacute t-waves and/or pseudonormalization of inverted t-waves (going from inverted to upright) in leads 2,3,aVF if they are having chest pain? Esp with a history of a Inferior MI w/RVI ?? Please help! I beg you!!
