If i am to look at ANC stories just this year or recent history for that matter, this kind of flooding has beome prevalent in mindanao, visayas area...
The effects of climate change Magnified to our senses because that kind of flooding ondoy like , ulysses like magnified version happened again in the metro... where per news it has been experienced in other parts of the country without the metro manila...
Empathy tells us that we dont need to experience misfortunes of others to understand them... and that probabilistically speaking the experiences of our countrymen somewhere else can happen in the country's congested capital...

And it is important that that response be disseminated by for example follow up of news reportage about the presented event the action taken and so on.

Puro Simulation nalang nasan na yung 255 billion na budget para sa flood reduction ? Kayang kaya lagyan ng rip rap wall yung buong simulation nayan ilan taon na pala binabaha ng pera ng bayan yung bulsa ng mga nkaupo dyan 😅.

Tinanggalan ni Duterte ng funds ang NOAH project. Na-adopt lang ito ng UP System gamit ang funds na allocated sana para sa edukasyon. Wala nang pera mula sa Php 255B flood reduction budget ang pumupunta sa UP NOAH project.
