5.8.2024: I did this in the evening twice through. The mobility exercises felt really good and beneficial, I don't do them quite often. The arm circles and side stretches were especially yummy. 🤩 I loved the setting, and new water sound (really relaxing), and the cats were so cute, even though I didn't get to look at them much. It's nice to sometimes do this kind of gentle and simple flow. Usually I just pressure myself to do a more physically demanding class, even though our bodies deserve rest too.

Beautiful class! Great way to get up and get moving! We got a new puppy a little over a month ago and he’s up early…. I’ve been out of my early morning yoga routine because of this, but I am making a commitment to get back into it at least every other day!! My body needs it! Thanks Candace! 🧘🏻♀️🙏🏼❤️

The cats melted my heart! 🥹 I had a lovely black cat named Luci that I had to rehome, as it was impossible for me to bring her with me to a new country. Life forces you to make very tough decisions sometimes. I miss my Luci (and my Pomeranian dog, Sugarube) so very much... I wish I could still do yoga with them.
Doing yoga has been one of the little constants in my life that has helped me go through heartbreaking circumstances .
I know just how painful it is to leave an animal behind. When we left Zimbabwe in 1999 to come to England my family made the decision that our dogs and half wild cat wouldn't survive the quarantine process, so we had to make the painful decision to re-home them. We think of them to this day. I'm so sorry you've felt that pain. But it's wonderful that you have yoga as a practice to ground you and bring you back into the moment. Sending much love and light 😊🙏
@@YogaCandi thank you so much for your sweet words. I'm in England now too, and my partner's doggie has chosen me and "adopted" me, so that painful spot in my heart gets a bit of a balm. But I'll never forget my furbabies. I'll always carry them in my heart.
