WHY would anyone complain about captions'. As mentioned. All you have to do is toggle captions on or off. Just think of the people who are deaf or heard of hearing, this is a blessing to them. And , I have good hearing

These are not specific to attractive people! I agree "motivated" is not quite the right word. I would say it is more inspiring. If you look at the core of what he is saying, there is a lot of wisdom there. Have fun, follow your gut, the risk of failure is basically void when you are pursuing something you feel is worth the trouble and realize that fear can motivate you but it's important to let it go when the time comes to enjoy all the work paying off.

I'm also not impressed when some handsome guy becomes a big success. No one is surprised the hot girl gets the part in the school play even if she can't act worth shit... by the same token, no one should be surprised when the handsome man gets rich. Now if you find a short, fat, bald man who looks like a frog who made it big, he might know something worth listening to.
