HAPPY SUNDAY EVERYONE! After finishing my friends apartment makeover, I wanted to share some of my thrifting tips with you and hop around to different thrift stores to show you where to find the best pieces!! I hope this gives you some ideas while thrifting for your home!♥🏡

I love using crystal decanters to hold mouthwash in the bathroom. So pretty.

I was thinking of putting something like that in that skinny decanter. Mouthwash is a good idea, especially cos it comes in colours haha
I appreciate seeing thrifted items through your eyes, especially the furniture. Too often I look at a massive piece and think, How ugly! But you see potential. I’m slowly starting to learn how to do that through these kinds of videos. So thank you!
I love spending the day with my husband thrifting! It feels like treasure hunting!! I definitely feel more joy from my finds, than I do from store bought, mass produced products.
Cannot tell you how much I wish I could take you thrifting with me (and keep as a friend afterwards!). I find thrift stores so overwhelming and either feel like I’m trying to imagine how to make everything beautiful/useful or see only junk. Hoping can hone my eye over time. For example that giant table you found - never would have imagined it as an island!
My wife and I are in the middle of some big remodel and decorating endeavors. We LOVE your videos, thanks for taking us thrift shopping and for sharing your creativity!
Omg the candy dispenser is SUCH a cute/cool find!!! I love finding old turned wood things, or handcarved wood. Also frames, I paint and they're EXPENSIVE new, so finding cool ones second hand is always a good day!

Thank you for this video. Please do more. I find that one of the best things about buying at thrift stores is that most likely, no one else will ever have the same things you do. Unlike buying from a retail store. Thrifting makes you unique in the coolest ways. 😁

You are blessed to have such a variety of stores in your area. I presume you have a storage unit where you can keep the treasures you find for future use? Also...how are you cleaning the haze from the decanter? Maybe a future video on freshening up your glass finds?? Enjoy!!
Hi 👋🏻 Not Kristen 😬 I know denture cleaning tablets can remove water scum from vases so they would likely work for the decanter.
Probably a good coffee descaler product would also work well to remove hard water haze from glass. Even vinegar, although you'd have to be careful with crystal. :)

That was so enjoyable! I found something that I loved in each and every store from the thrifts, to Habitat, the Antique place and the consignment store. The clothes were pretty cute as well.

Omg those picture frames and art are gorgeous. Also in antique stores if the price doesn’t say firm. TIP You can always negotiate. I always ask the store to call the vendor and ask if they will give me a deal and they always do.
