Razor MX650 Front Fork Upgrade : Installing a new mountain bike downhill front fork on a Razor MX 650 which gives a solid suspension upgrade. Will probably work for MX500

Ok, I wanted to go double-check, but yes, I have the 27.5" version, not the 29", and I agree I would not go longer than 27.5. It's a trade-off between travel and fork length. 25" may be ok for you. If you slow down some of the videos of my son jumping czcams.com/video/b-TePLBnflI/video.html you can see he does use all of the travel. For the hub, it says Origin 8 on it, but other than that I'm sorry, I am not sure. I had the bike shop build the rim custom, and they chose the hub to match the rim and fork. The disc brakes are Sram, but I tossed the box that had the model number. I'm sorry, i would like to provide more info but I lost the receipt as well. I bought everything from a bike shop and they helped pick all the parts and built the rim. Question, the stock front fork is a spring fork , couldn't you just add spacers to push the spring down to make it stiffer? Or get a stiffer mountain bike spring??

I did a lot of research and while I wouldn't say it's impossible, I didn't find a super easy way to do it. There are a few things you would have to deal with. 1. Axle diameter. You would have to buy adapters for the front axle. 2. Axle width and Hub width. They probably won't line up with the fork so you would need to adjust with spacers or other means. 3.
