It's impressive attention to detail that when Gideon screams, he actually gets louder and louder even though the audio is reversed. Which means the voice actor actually had to start screaming loudly and then lower his voice slowly so that it would actually increase in volume when reversed. I love that! Even the tiniest things really do matter in the end!

I just noticed a pattern in Bill’s behaviour : when he deals with the kids, he gives them something horrible, but makes it disappear. With Gideon, he gave him deer teeth, then put the teeth back in the deer’s mouth. With Dipper, he gave the screaming head, but made it disappear. Point is : why did he give the teeth back? Why did he make the screaming head disappear? Neither Gideon or Dipper directly asked for them to disappear.
To be honest when I first watched gravity falls and saw Bill for the first time I thought he was going be either a minor villain or a villain that only made one appearance but I was happy to see that he became not just a major villain but the final villain of the series. Also I think he might be the best villain in a Disney TV show ever because he is smart, powerful, resourceful, and very deceptive and I think his death is also the best because he wasn't defeated by the zodiac like he was supposed to be he was defeated by Stanley tricking him into his mind Stanford using the memory gun on Stanley and Stanley punching him out of existence

One thing that someone mentioned in the clip where Dipper is offered a deal by Cypher is that Bill can only communicate with people while they are asleep, in essence, the spell or summoning of Bill Cypher forces two things: -it puts you to sleep (as you can clearly see by the end, everyone looks as if they just woke up); -it summons Bill into your mind. So Bill isn't so much manipulating reality, but rather creating a world rendering in the mindscape of the humans he contacts that is so real that they do not diferentiate it from actual reality. As to why Soos and Mabel can see him, i'm guessing that the way the spell works is that it was made so that many could witness him at the same time, so it affects a certain area and all that is within it. Just conjecture though.
bill cipher is insane that's my point. Like I said in my theory, the spells is used to affect many people at the same time. It firsts places Bill into your mind and while you are possessed, you project the magic words that then projects the spell that affects a wide area.
That also explains why in Sock Opera when Bill appears for the first time, Dipper wakes up screaming. As if it was only a dream. (That or he was extremely tired. Cause he was up all night trying to find a password.)

If you look carefully at each image when Bill says "LOTS OF THINGS" there's a lot of alien and conspiracy related stuff as well as the mystery shack, stan going into the vending machine, the 3rd journal, a prison (which probably is what he's seeing about gideon's future), a bionic arm, the cipher wheel and some weird images that don't make sense (yet). Some of the images are probably foreshadowing about the future, especially considering the image of the prison.

If you look carefully at each image when Bill says "LOTS OF THINGS" there's a lot of alien and conspiracy related stuff as well as the mystery shack, stan going into the vending machine, the 3rd journal, a prison (which probably is what he's seeing about gideon's future), a bionic arm, the cipher wheel and some weird images that don't make sense (yet). Some of the images are probably foreshadowing about the future, especially considering the image of the prison.
Imagine if Bill Cipher returned in The Owl House, two different characters being voiced by Alex Hirsch
