One mistake Common keeps making is not being upfront with women he starts dating, about kids and maybe even marriage being hard "no's" for him. It's okay to not want kids. It's okay to not want to jump into a marriage, but it's not okay to lead a woman on by letting her think you may be open to these things. I don't want kids. I state that from the beginning. Any woman I date gets the cards laid out on the table from the beginning, and it's up to them to decide if they still wish to pursue a relationship with me...but I make it plain that I won't be changing my mind, so don't start something with me thinking you can convince me later. There's a lot of women who don't want kids as well. Granted your honesty will greatly diminish your pool of potential life partners, but at least that smaller pool will be more likely to yield something meaningful and fruitful for both of you. Just be honest, man.

I've had this happen and had my heart broken this way. Just like in Tiffany's situation, a few signs were there, but I ignored them until it was too late. The dude I use to like literally told me once "We're not close yet," "I remembered you from childhood so I had to get to know you," and biggest red flag of all, he had answered an anonymous question on Tumblr and his answer referenced me and a few others, saying "my new friends are people I usually wouldn't even speak to, let alone hang out with, but I'm trying to remain positive with the new friendships." My point is anytime someone doesn't seem genuinely interested in you for who you are as a person, RUN! Some folks just want to test the waters out of curiosity, rather than genuine like/love.

I know Tiff had issues while growing up that could easily spill into her relationships but I learned that Common has his own shadows that he needs to over come. When I first heard him speak about them, I went "God help Tiff because this kind can be a deal breaker". I am the least surprised about their break up but I am 💔 at what Tiff has to go through. Losing her grandma amidst a breakup can be an excruciating pain! My prayer is that the strength that carried her through the past toughest waves of her life, will yet come through once again. This is for Tiffany, when the vast majority of your life has been filled with Trauma, Drama, Pain, Rejection to no fault of your own that's a helluva lot to deal with especially from a child's stand point. It alter's your trust and your protection and in the end it mentally devours your mindset and your whole existence as a person. From this video it says a lot that the fake media won't expose about Tiffany. The fact that every time tragedy struck the woman at that time spoke up and no 1 cared enough to investigate or pursue the individuals who committed crimes against her and honestly that's fucked up. After so much abuse, it numbs you and it teaches you how to accept the abnormal behavior. She was never taught how to heal from her pain concerning the past and basically it just follows you. In most cases when a person is hurt beyond recognition that 1 person will then turn around and unintentionally hurt the next person, but when you're strong enough to still hold on and weather the storm says a lot about Tiffany. She's not needy but she should want a good man that is willing to not just accept her for her but that does want to bring out the best in her and open enough to allow her to do the same with him. Quality time and long conversations are a must in today's relationships and in most cases, "Privacy" should be well guarded. It's okay to celebrate and make announcements but 2 people should always make sure that they are in agreement with each other. She is a pretty woman that basically needs to take time out for herself.,
