Aaj ke is video me maine aap sabhi ko ABSCONDING के TAG को COMPANY से कैसे हटा सकते है ke bare me puri jankari di hai. Maine kuch steps bataye hai jinko use karke aap absconding tag ko hatwa sacte hai.

Maine ek company me 7 saal kaam kiya hai. Maine 7th may 24 ko resign kiya tha. Hr ne 3 months ka notice period serve karne ko bola. Maine 14th june last date batayi thi. Manager ne accept nahi kiya. Maine aur 15 din extend kiye. Lagbhag 2 months serve kiye. Team leader, manager, Hod and hr se baat ki mujhe jaldi relieve karo. Meri 80 leaves baki hai usme se minus karo remaining notice period ki liabilities. But kisi ne nahi mana. Last date me maine mail kiya mera aaj last day hai, pls provide me relieve letter. To hr ne bola manager se approval nahi liya hai exit k liye hum abscond update karenge. Kya isse mere new company me problem aa sakti hai?

Dear sir company mai amount ko lekar kuch problam ho gai thi to police complaint bhi hui jo bhi len den tha company ka bo poora clear bhi ho gaya company ne no due letter bhi diya but eqifax report me termination dikhaya hai kya bo hat sakta hai company ke head office jakar baat karne se....plz apni rai dijiye
Agar sab clear hi, tab bilkul aap termination hatane ki baat kr sacte hi.

Last wali company ke all documents mere pass hai but phichale 3 companies ke document mere pass nahi abhi ops round baaki hai kya mujhe batana chahiye ops me? Kya Mera bgv green nahi hoga?

In June 2023 i abscond one company they created my EPFO and now I got a very good opportunity and training also started from last 3 days but have fear of they will no about my previous company and reason of absconding that company is they are not providing me any documents like offer letter and all... sister. i have all the documents still facing the problem of dual pf. i have absconded in one day but they careted my pf account and even i have not worked there apart from single day. they provides me an experience certificate by terminating me.
