I see you're getting some spicy comments on this video. I just wanted to let you know that I understand where you're coming from. I bought a Dark Horse premium recently and immediately got the Ford Performance (Whipple) 3.0L supercharger for it. While I was waiting for the supercharger to come in, I broke the car in (gently) and eventually raced it a bit. Yeah, it's funny how you get so accustomed to much faster cars. It felt so slow. I know it's not slow because I would watch people go bye-bye when redlight racing. Now it's making 800hp+ and feels FUN. It's so wild to run someone from a roll and watch them turn into a blur as they fall behind me.
Having fast cars definitely ruins things. But in 2024, a 12 sec 1/4 mile brand new performance car is extremely slow. I plan to boost mine soon as well. My intention from the start anyways. Enjoy your beast! Has to be a blast!

Yep, if you want a fast car, then drop a Coyote engine into a Fox body mustang and there you go. But that's going to be a really wild/scary ride without some serious brake and suspension/chassis upgrades
If you're not satisfied with 500 horse, you wouldn't have liked the 80s or 90s. Cars.
When I've had a 900HP Hellcat, 900+HP Mustang GT and a 750HP ZL1... 500 is S.L.O.W 🤣

@@FitzCityGarage 90% of the cars on the road are not supercharged. 90% of turbocharged motors on the road are 4 bangers or 6 cyls. For a factory car, this thing is faster than 90% pf vehicles on the road.
Remember a 700-800 hp 4500lb car is equivalent to a 450-500 hp 2800-3000lb car

In what universe? The highest drag, heaviest Dark Horse beat the lightest, lowest drag 6.2 Camaro in a drag race my guy. Plus with the handling package it absolutely beats up on M cars in the same price range around the corners.

I agree. Even NA, I can see these cars making 20-30 more rwhp than the S550s just solely off the dual intake design. The amount of air flow is crazy.

Explain why there are headers that say Dark Horse only on Lethals website. Notice how almost all say GT. Only like 4 say Dark Horse and they are the most expensive. The exhaust at the headers is different on the DH Vs the GT. Hence why both cars sound completely different.
