recipe:
Kobe honey cheesecake (6 pieces)
Cream cheese layer: 140g cream cheese, 20g sugar, 1 egg, 30g light cream, 4g low-gluten flour
Bake in the middle rack of the oven at 150 degrees for about 10 minutes
Sour cream layer: 10g gelatine sheets, 25g sugar, 220g yogurt, 25g lemon juice, 180g whipping cream
Low-sugar sponge cake: 3 eggs, 50 grams of sugar, a few drops of lemon juice, 50 grams of low-gluten flour
Bake in the middle rack of the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
