- I had the pleasure of exploring the beautiful city of Edina in Grand Bassa County! As many of you know my mother is from Buchanan, and as many times as I visit there I never knew about this hidden gem just three miles away!
From the black san beaches to the rich history this has become one of my favorite places to discover here in Liberia!

A college classmate was from Liberia. Her great, great grandparents originally left Arkansas in the 1880’s to settle Liberia.
Awesome so did my family!
On my mother's side, some great, great grandparents came from Barbados and South Carolina and settled in Liberia.
During the 1990 War, my mother , my twin bro and other from Tar Bar in Buchanan, we used to go to Edina to get kissmeat to sell in the Tar Bar market that we established. I m talking about 1991 of our visit to Edina! It was always a fascinating place for me and beautiful and the crabs from there were just sweet. Liberia truly has a fascinating history that we all can do our part to promote. I have been promoting the Liberian message of positivity for 10 years and I enjoyed telling people of the place that I am from and a place that is also HOME ❤

My new opportunity to work as IT Director for the city of Trenton, have left me with limited time . Good thing I just started. Before I had all the time to promote Liberia. Most importantly I believe you are one of those who will continue to burn that Liberian candle in a sea of darkness
