Trust me he would have sent it back.
Tighter than a ducks arse water tight
that's y he made the video 2 get his 2quid back lol😂😂😂✌🏼
as a fellow scot, i was expecting a whole lot more for that sort of money...

a little known hack is that if you plug it in with your left hand you get an extra 45bhp but only on tuesdays
😂
Lol 😂
I don’t get it
😂 dont 4get if u touch it with more than 5 fingers u wont get a 1000 virgins when u die lol✌🏼
At what time?
So it’s essentially just a light bulb that you plug into the OBD
It also buzzes sometimes
@@vPerformance how could you not want a light bulb that buzzes!?
How.long till the engine goes pop

Glad you enjoyed it - thanks for checking out our videos!
To be honest fair if you read the description of it, It says for Diesel cars... 👀👀
and he didn't follow the instructions, he should have reset the obd2, hold it for 4 to 5 seconds, wait 60 seconds and then turn it on. the guy didn't follow the simple instructions written on a piece of paper.
Cool vid bruh 👌
Thanks you mate... I been to buy one
This was in my suggested.. was funny so I subbed
Thanks welcome to the channel!
Quickest reply ever! Thanks man😊
You have to run 200km for a different map and you have to reset it
"oooo it's got a red light! That must be the power being activated" 😂😂😂
I found one of these in a car I just traded in, Citroen DS3. The car is painted red so obviously it was the correct one. Made sure I put it in with my left hand for the extra percentages. Just waiting for Tuesday so I can take it up the road.
Did you remember to cross your fingers on your right hand while inserting it with your left?
Hey! What about the clone kess ? How is that holding up ?
I being wandered, what happens, when you install this chip, for example in a normal Golf mk4...
Because, maby, a super sportcar is allready obd2 tuned.
So, then wy it dont work (I think)
It suppose you need to use it for 100-200 km, to allow it adjust the ecu...
Has it got subtitles?
You can make a chip at home with a PCB and an OBD plug, that literally changes your voltages. But 35% power is as big a cash grab as those hair dryer fans in your inlet plumbing. Changing voltages only really effects how quick your throttle body (electric) operates, or if you have a little power button for your gearbox, it can make the (depending on the process type - electric selection) gear selections faster because the electric motor is getting better power, might increase the flow rate of your injectors because they're reading higher voltage, etc. If you know the MAF sensor address in your cars ECU, you can also do a physical delete - but that would just about be custom every time, they wouldn't be able to mass manufacture that. Also if you where to custom make a PCB to do these things, you'd have to take into account that over riding these voltages can cause you physical damage to the electrical system of a modern car. And it would likely run your battery flat just about every time you use it. Also, to make something that does that would be at least 4 times the size.
you are so full of crap. please delete everything you wrote.
Very educated response.
does it pop and bang/ shoot flames?
You driving a performance vehicle as it is. I put one in my 3.2 l Ford ranger and Noticed an immediate positive difference .
Did you fell any power improvements?
Have you tried turning it off and on again?
Chose the wrong one. But the review was hilarious
Speeding on Renfrew Road tut tut
You dont have filing for that, i buy that box and in my diesel works just fine litle but its work...
You have to drive out a hole thank of gas with it so it can program
'Diesel cars' on packaging. 😅☺️ Great video tho. Made me laugh. Watched another chap take one apart. It draws power to light up the led and nothing else 🤣 I'll give my 2 quid to a homeless guy instead 🤣
Does diesel cars only for nitro do2
Would it be possible, that the results would be more noticeable when used by a more standard car?
I put one in my Hyundai Iload 2.5 litre Deisel turbo which I had done many a eco test on roadtrips before never managed better than 8.3 litres per 100ks After installing the 1st tank usd an average of 7.6 then next tank 7.3 so there was an improvement for me but hard to say if performance improved
in his video, he didn't follow his own read instructions of after 200km it would readjust to his driving. Going by his video he only did a short drive and expected immediate results 😂😂😂
its a $2 gimmick. in no way shape or form is it ever going to make any difference whatsoever.
But it does have a flashing LED though and
U realize u didn’t press the reset button on the chip. I made the same mistake. After doing what the instructions stated u can feel a difference
This is absolute rubbish. It's scam plastic garbage.
What day did you bought it. They said it only works on Mondays.. lol
The red is for diesel .......
Yes, but we bought and tested all 3 and none of them work
@@vPerformance yes dont work for me too looool
@@MrNismo95500....did you push the reset button at all ?

And stickers too!
So what did you pull out of the OBD2 slot before you put that Nitro one in? Is that a chip that actually works?
Nah that was a little bluetooth transmitter which connects to my android stereo head unit for Torque App
no surprise, but what I really expected you to do afterwards is to do some reverse engineering, cut it open and see what exactly is it supposed to do or is it just empty
Bunch of resistors and LEDs probably :D
I shall summon the power of big dave - and have him pull it apart for science.
Here is a great vid that touches on this!
czcams.com/video/_OIO1tJPEy8/video.html
I should think it will have an led (for the red " power" glow) light and a couple of resisters, across 2 pins, and sod all else inside..
Still (in triggers voice) for only £2 ,I will have one,Dave.
MAYBE SOME SHOULD CUT OPEN A COMPUTER MODULE AND FIND OUT WHICH PIN ON THE CHIP ACCESSES THE WORKINGS OF THE MODULE BEFORE SAYING IT IS NO GOOD. MINE WORKS !!!
What do you think to your dash cam i looked at them before on combi.co.uk site but opted for the ambralla !
Really happy with it - but the battery only lasts about 30 sec now so it has to be plugged in permanently. Everyone should have a dashcam now in our opinion!
vPerformance i was under the impression that if the camera was in the car it should be hard wired in all the time ive had two and they are plugged in permo my old one was battery but the new is super capacitor, my old one i have in the rear windscreen as a deterrent to idiot tail gaters it doesnt work buy it looks like it does.....
Got them birds closing in

Is that the sue side big chap 👍 cars ripping mate 😁
Thanks! I wish my neighbours liked my exhaust too
Good afternoon, my friends, NitroOBD2 experts, I have a Subaru Impreza 2.0 Aspitated or non-Turbo intake ... I recommend the NitroOBD2 chp
Do not buy the NitroOBD it's garbage.
It was quicker it went to 4:2
I highly recommend the roar pedal by far the best mod for your car performance trust me!!!
At least buy the petrol one for your petrol car.
Yeah but it still wouldn't work. They're more of a scam than luxury water. Just spend a little bit of money on an actual tune instead of this snake oil garbage
Now I should close my business👍😂
MODS Service and CHIPTUNING 😂😂😂😂
I think your business is safe buddy!
IF IT IS LIKE THE CHEVROLET DEALERSHIP I TOOK MY 2018 TO FOR POOR MILEAGE, YES , YOU SHOULD. MINE WORKS EXCELLENT BUT I FOLLOWED TO A "T" THE INSTRUCTIONS IN HOW TO INSTALL IT, THIS GUY DID NOT !!!

You brought a red box with a light for £2. Knew I was in the wrong business.
And I didn't even demand a refund - it's like printing money
Once you've plugged it in, kick the tyres. Then the remap begins.
Damn that quickly?
😂😂😂Crack myself laughing 😅
You didnt follow the orocedure for set it... but the way i don't think it worth 1 euro
I like the light😨
It's the only part that works!
He read aloud... After 200km it would reajust to his driving. I never saw him drive to after 200km, which means he didn't follow the prescribed instructions correctly! or did he,, please explain ? ? ?
The bigger question as it was Star Wars day is.....can the Scoobie do the Kessel Run in under 12 parsecs?
No but the STI probably can!
Use the force Paul ;)
I was also dubious was tempted after seeing the price and five 5-Star reviews at Amazon
Thanks for the test.
Red ones are for diesels. Had one one in a merc c220cdi and it worked though. After 200km
You used the diesel one... pity it would be interesting to see with the yellow/ gasoline
Dude that's a diesel 1 and you have to drive it for a while he didn't read the instructions
i buy one the same but is not working is dont do nothing ... 2=2beer better
I bought one for my diesel Qashqai. I found an increase in fuel economy, I was filling up every 5 weeks instead of 4. No increase in power but I did get better fuel economy.
You are supposed to drive it for 150km with the thing plugged in and then it should start working. You can't just plug it in and it work straight away. Most people testing these things and posting on youtube are solely concerned with performance enhancement not fuel economy.
I have since sold the Nissan and now have a '98 Jag XJ8 as my daily driver. Bought a new plug in for a petrol engine, installed it as recommended and am now getting 22-25 mpg around town average.
There are many different manufacturers of these things and maybe some if the really cheap ones don't work. But I have found on two very different vehicles that it has worked in regard to fuel economy.
How about reading the installation manual first?
Why. It doesn't do anything. It's placebo or confirmation bias that people experience. It at no point alters any part of any engine map.
The my question is the device OBD2 tools keep plug inside the socket as permanently ...? no need remove pull out... or if only we need checking scan..? please give me the answer solution right way.. thanks bro.. greetings from jakarta...
OBD2 tools only work while connected. A remap can be flashed on, but this NitroOBD does not work at all.
You have to first run your car with it for 200k before it'll help tune your car.
Effect placebo!!! 😂😂😂😂😂💪
100%
Howd ya car start with out pushin the clutch in
Cos it's a 10 year old manual vehicle?
You had he diesel one mate you need the green one that says benzine cars
Oh man you need the neon green one!
We tried them all!
so jealous that my exhaust dosnt make pops and bangs like that
Big dave cut all the silencers out for me. We did a video on it actually
Red is for diesel engines 👍
İt is working dear?
Of course you didn't achieve any power improvement. The tin clearly said you must drive 200 kilometers before the mapping kick in. And that it is a dynamic improvement, as the OBD tuner is adapting to your driving habits
🤓🤓😅😅
Brilliant and entertaining video. Even more amusing with all those comments arguing that the device works.
I did, tested over several months and several versions of the device. None work. These are pure garbage.
It's red!! We all know anything red adds at least 40bhp instantly!
This is true. Except for red stickers, they add +45 bhp
Tbf the red ones for diesel cars
spendrey1977, it even said so on the packaging.
spendrey1977 still makes no difference to performance
You made a reset before starting engine ? is your car a diesel ?
you did not take it over 150 mile
Nice to see the road at the Audi Braehead Showroom being used well... Also down the M8 too... Sat at the Govan lights for Asda/Ibrox
Awesome to see my old stomping ground
Was that 200km
It’s easy to upgrade the power on a Subaru, you part ex it for an Evo!
I'm not sure they would want to take it :D
😢
Ouch 😅😅
Worked for my Hugo ;: I got 150 more hp &. 200 pda of tork ;: and my mileage dropped to 40mpg !!!!!
At first: use correct obd chip that fit in your car, you have a Subaru Impreza with a benzine motor and you put a obd for Diesel motor.second: you had to drive 200 km before it works.I have 1 in my 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer 1.5l and it work perfectly for 3 years now, with power and acceleration increase, have now about 140hp (109 normaly). Also with a lower benzine consumption about 1.5l less than before.
Check out our follow up video - we tested them all and none worked
@@vPerformance i saw the follow up a few mounths later, that's a pitty that it doesn't work for you, but interesting videos. mine is stil working perfectly, about 70 000KM (43505 miles).
And also thanks for answering. Sorry if my english is not perfect, i'm belgian frenchspeaking.
guys I tested it and it really works! you have to follow the steps what is written on the back. I did it on my toyota aygo (small car) 68hp and I tested it on the dyno and I had 91 hp and there for 93 to 116nm. and damn he flies my car that weighs nothing. I am satisfied and people who say it is fake then you do not have the original but I ordered the original on the internet and it works
Great where did you buy it from?
@@vPerformance its from a dutch internetshop bol.com they only sell original stuf its like aliexpress but trusted no chinees shit and its sealed with a CE (conformite européenne) so im happy with it it works by me and if guys think that its shit ? .. 1 you didnt have the original or 2 you do it wrong its not just plug and you have directrly more horsepower just give that thing some time to learn your ecu and after several km it wil change the values ...
bought one.........tried 2 weeks and my gas tank empty faster ........performance??? dont think so
You needed to drive for at least a hundred thousdand miles so it can adapt and remap. :)
David McLuckie 😂😂😂😂😂
If you understand the principles of the the OBD port and the CAN network of the vehicle you do not even have to test it to say it does not make difference. The network is made to have the communcation between modules possible, but the main signals inside the PCM cannot be changed by the CAN network.
i dod drived about 10.000 km no effect with petrol and diesel car no differece
But but but... it said on the packet 35% more power! Surely they can't lie on the packet!
Do you also have to roll the window up and down 7 times while whistling the national anthem?
I'm sure it won't make a difference but the packaging says it will remap after 124 miles (200 km)... Also says something about a reset but and just for a laugh it says "wait fir a while about 30-54 sec."
yeah just "wait for a while" and power will come
Big Clive ?
You know you wanted to do it
you are using a diesel version on your gas/petrol engine. Hello
Tested 3 different versions and none worked.
Just in case anyone was wondering what's inside one - blog.quarkslab.com/reverse-engineering-of-the-nitro-obd2.html
Even the more expensive tuning boxes that actually work will never give you nowhere near the same results as a proper remap. All the tuning boxes do is trick your car into sending more fuel in to the cylinders and will eventually kill your engine. The are a box with resistors in and that’s it!
This man tunes.
Yo creo que ai pone DIESEL
Maybe is post be used for hydrogen
I've tried one for diesel in my saab 9-3 and really I feel much better accelerate. But it started works after couple days since i plugged in. Don't know why, but working.
Is it the 2.2 or 1.9 diesel you used it on? Still happy with?
Being a sweaty....you must be gutted !
You brought the diesel one !!??
We bought them all!
Did you drive 200km before testing??
Sure did! It didn't make any difference though.
Bro your car is bemzine obd2 is for diesel cars
and the way of installation & observation is totally wrong. Ready the manual
Hahaha....
That one for diesel only.. . Ur car r diesel or petrol?
That's the diesel one but we tested all three versions and none work.
This does work. I fitted to my seat fr and it's a lot faster and more torque. So this review is not correct. For example at standstill before the engine would rev to 2000 rpm after installing an Following Correct Procedure it reved to 2500 rpm a marked increase so it must work . On some vehicles.. you have to drive it gorb150 miles not just up the road and back to analyse results.
If you say so
See the video “nitro obd2 busted” on the channel “voiding warranties”.
Did you drive 150miles like it said tho??????
More than 150 - we did about 250
thats not how its suppose to work in the first place, you have to reset your battery, and reset your ecu indicators, like for smog if anybody has done that before that then get it, but yea thats how it works, it needs to "remap" first, not saying that it does and that it works, but the way these
products are described its suppose to take like 150 miles to recalculate supposed airfuel mix, timing advance, etc
NEXT TIME BUY A LOTTO TICKET😀
