Darkglass Session: Wheel - "Please"

Following another successful tour in Germany during summer 2018 including the band's first performance at Summer Breeze Open Air, Wheel are currently working on finishing their album which is due to be released in 2019; again, they are working with Finland's incredibly talented Jesse Vainio.
Formed in Helsinki in 2015, Wheel continue to push their creative limits and challenge themselves to redefine the boundaries of their own brand of modern progressive rock/metal.

I think Wheel stands apart and elevated from Tool. I’ll always be grateful for Tool and the other bands they inspired. Tool’s live show is unmatched though. By anyone lol.

Wheel are just SO good… bored with the Tool similarity comments this sounds more like Steven Wilson/Porcupine Tree but who cares… they’re just a superb band, leading the genre we all so adore. Wish they’d put all these non album tracks on a sort of Best Of album so I could buy it and have all these effing mind blowing songs in one place! Keep going WHEEL we need you!

agreed milion times man... all you mention plus their two guitar arrangement composition..this brings new dimension to their creativity and performance...i guess we were giving tool too much attention previously and i really admire their professional skills..also make me think there must be something more "musical and emotional" and here it is.. freaking awesome band ..im addicted and i dont think i gonna make it 🤣 can't wait to see them this march here in czech Republic 🙋‍♂️
