Both are stunning! My favorite would be the royal icing but love that there is another option. I have been thinking about purchasing an airbrush. I have heard many at home cakers and professionals speak about the cup that holds the paint should be clear. As with the one you have you are unable to see when the paint is getting low. When you are doing detail work I think this would matter most. Maybe you can eventually do a tutorial on the airbrush you have and give those like me knowledge alongside tips and tricks.
