pilot VS air traffic controller - same situation, different thoughts [atc for you]

There are certain situations where the pilot and the controller misunderstand each other. Especially when they cannot deal with the situation in a way they want or when they’re sensitive because of lots of workloads. However, there will be reasons behind the situation where they cannot blame each other.
We hope this video can build a time for the pilot and the controller to understand and tolerate each other’s stance.
The dialogue between the pilot and the controller in this video is reconstructed based on the real experience.
