​@@stevemerril1485I find your "Situational Approach" very valuable. If we only follow the numbers, then it will lead us to picking the favorite 99% of the time. Years ago, I would have taken the Orioles last night without blinking, but using your more "Situational Approach," I looked at it like ... "They just blew out the Yankees by 12 runs. Now they are facing a Double-A Starter, making his debut for an underachieving Astros side. It's too good to be true. There must be a catch?" So I did some digging and found the caveat that the Orioles were 0-3 (now 0-4) after a victory of 10 or more runs. Point is, using your "Situational Approach" methodology, I was able to cash the Astros -1.5 RL at +250 last night. Thanks. Keep up the great work!
