Definitely would try the left side one I use always but I’ve been looking to try new ones ever since I got the copper iud my periods are heavier and last longer

I hate U by Kotex because when I try to stick is on my pad it won’t stick that is 0/10 because it will remove from ur pad and when u cut it open it has those stuff they put inside diapers but I am using it rn and see what it does 🤷🏽‍♀️ but I am using U by Kotex teen pads

when i tried the u by kotex charcoal ones i hated that they weren’t sticky. are the liv ones more sticky?
