We're off on a cruise! We did the Canary Islands cruise on P&O Azura for 7 nights in March 2024. Join us for our second vlog as we spend an action packed day in Funchal Madeira. We ride the famous toboggans, visit the Monte Palace Tropical Gardens and visit the Old Town. We then spend the day at sea exploring what P&O Azura has to offer.

Oh my, the tropical gardens are beautiful, and the views spectacular! I would definitely be up for the toboggan back down, it looks scary yet fun, which is a brilliant combo!

Madeira has 2 sides. Funchal the side where it’s always sunny and the other side where it’s always cloudy. On top of Madeira you are freezing in the clouds. Love the island, will have to go back soon 😊

Love this- we went in Azura last summer and Iona last week on northern Europe cruise - definitely prefer the more relaxed vibe on Azura. Hadn't thought of the Canary Islands cruise but will definitely look into it for the next one.

Loved this - and we love Madeira. We stayed a few years ago so did the cable-car and toboggan on a non-cruise day so it was quieter 😁
