What a beautiful house! The interiors are amazing!
This is my first time seeing one of your videos. Just some feedback; I don't know if you were talking fast to make sure the video wasn't too long or if you were on a time crunch, but you seemed really anxious talking, try to pace yourself when talking, also expand your vocabulary, make sure you aren't repeating the same thing over and over, presentation is something to keep working on, overall though it was still attentive. Good job. I did "smash" the like button.
Beautiful home but would like to see more videos like this outside of Scottsdale. Maybe around the Paradise Valley area.

Great house but the power lines in the back kinda ruin things.
Totally get where you're coming from on that. I know a lot of the power lines in the neighborhood are being moved underground but in the meantime, it's not the best view haha

Yes this house is on Lafayette, which is a higher traveled road than some other roads in "Arcadia" such as maybe Exeter or other roads.

By definition, mansions are large 2 story homes, not single story. This term gets thrown all over the place just for large houses!
You're absolutely right, arizona is SOOOOO far behind the rest of the world in architecture. For some reason they just refuse to let go of adobe, the absolutely ugliest building material known to man.
Arcadia is in Phoenix, NOT Scottsdale. Y’all really trying to use the Scottsdale name to sell more lol
Everything from 68th street to 64th is Scottsdale. Also depends on your definition of Arcadia vs Arcadia lite below Indian school over past 64th is also Scottsdale.

When I moved back to Ohio after living in NYC for a long while, I bought a fixer upper home for $18,000. 7 years later my home is estimated at $98,000. Not a bad turn around. So, when I decide to sell, I am sure I will get well over a 100 grand for this home.
