    If you can get 20% down payment and first to qualify for the loan then to accept the monthly payments on a home!! then yes, buy.

    Cost of construction has increased dramatically. Material prices and labor costs will drive the price per square foot much higher. We may catch up to New York and California in property value. These increases are here to stay. That being said, I would expect less private investors purchasing rentals as well as many seasoned investors selling at a much appreciated value. This will create lower supply and more demand on the rental market. Prices going up!

      I live in CA. I pay way less than you guys. I rent an old farm house for 850 a month. 2 bedroom 1 bath.

    it comes from an old luxury law that needs to revamped. It also comes from foteign buyers and black rock over paying and keeping them empty

    Yea if you have a FAT down payment for a house…. And people are way over bidding the price on homes…
