I think the golf club theory has arisen from the fact that Noah had taken a set of golf clubs out there that he had borrowed from his brother Dalien and that golf club set has not been recovered.
According to Kaden a search warrent should of happen at scrap pile.
I can't hear this story without crying. That Beautiful child was MURDERED! Please make sure that the person or persons who done this be put in PRISON for LIFE!!!!!
- Why isn't law enforcement doing more to solve the case?

They say he ate food yet there was no food in his stomach according to the autopsy report.

Truth will prevail
If you read the whole autopsy report, you see that he had livity ("livor mortis" page 2) on the backside of his body and that it was "fixed", meaning it wouldn't change with repositioning and that he died in the prone position, not the fetal position he seems to have been found in. Once the hear permanently stops, all the blood pools to the lowest parts which can indicate the position of the body at death. That means he didn't die on his side. Someone put or rolled him that way, maybe trying to stage a hit and run. If he had died on his side, the lividity would be on the lower side.
Why no arrests for contributing to underage that led to death ?

Been following this from Australia. My heart goes out to your family.❤ You need answers and the one's that should have investigated this and got those answers have failed not only getting justice for Noah but the whole family. I pray the truth comes out and you get the answers and Noah the justice he deserves.

Jack was to focused on pushing that Noah was hit by a car and too fast to say he definitely wasn't beat up. That boy is guilty as hell. Also he and Carter the girl are no longer engaged. Avery wanted to sleep with Noah but he declined her.

The thing is he had too many different traumas on his body,that medical examiner did say had to occur with different hits on his body and not one continues one. He was decapitated from inside. He was paralyzed, therefore he wouldn't be able to curl into a ball himself from pain. There was no blood on the scene of his death from All his trauma. He was placed there. I'm thinking perhaps even driven over once with a car to make it look like an accident.
1 guy could of done it if noah doesn't see the blow to head from behind, his body was placed on road to try and look like hit and run

You know, I just dont think he survived that ATV accident. I saw the little clips of the party and my gut says that his death wasn't as a result of an outright confrontation. I think the ATV accident story is too neat with an ever so convenient placement of the nurse. I know something did happen though because they seem to go out their way ( they being individuals telling their recollection of the evening) to explain why they did things to his body: like giving him a shower etc. This tells me that there may be signs that suggest his body was handled and this was their way of explaining away those potential details. think someone is afraid to tell the truth regarding that story as a whole. Him flying off a vehicle and falling head first, bouncing on the ground and possibly accidentally getting rolled over afterwards would make these types of injuries. They might especially be unable to tell the truth if he was the main one hurt and everyone else, through heavens good graces, walked away with few things wrong. I'd like to see what types of injuries everyone else sustained. I think I remember hearing that the birthday host was herself turning 22. I assume it was the mother of party host that said a few things that made me think she thought Noah was arrogant. Like saying that he was angry about not being allowed to sleep in her bed. I don't believe that but because this was what was used to explain his awkward reason for leaving the party, conveniently exposing himself to his ultimate suspicious death, I fear there was something to hide. Possibly the fact that he was drinking underage at their party, on their land after surfing or goofing off in their vehicle. The fact that everyone deleted all images and messages after the accident except to say that Noah was missing is also suspicious and telling. Perhaps he was alive and could have been saved but out of fear of being sued or prosecuted for manslaughter they panicked and ultimately let their fear cloud, confuse and delay their actions in what could have been life saving moments. It seems like Noah was a force and was adventurous someone should come forward and tell the whole truth even if it shows that Noah possibly died as a result of not receiving adequate help in time because it can offer solace to a family that have nothing but crime scene photos, changing stories and an autopsy report to imagine what may have happened which allows for very horrific scenarios to relentlessly play in their heads over and over again in effort to extract some type of a truth. Coming forward could relieve all of those terrible and torturous years his family will experience because they had no definite truth to eliminate the more horrific realities that lend themselves to those types of physical outcomes described by police reports and the autopsy.
I think he was ran into with a cattle guard (grille guard) on a truck. That's why you don't see parts of a vehicle left behind.
Nothing of substance what so ever. And OK Highway isn't going to make any effort to investigate. If this becomes a Federal crime for violation of
specific laws, then we will get somewhere.
This was definitely not an accident. Adults were at the party and they all lawyered up. A crime was definitely committed
Did anyone have a four wheeler? With those injuries. And no vehicle damage in the area. Most on four wheelers ride toward traffic to see what’s coming.
Either way if they did something or not if it was a hit and run.. That means someone hit Noah and left when they coulda called 911 and he’d still be here… The fact his friends don’t even care or don’t want to find who did it is suspicious.. It’s a super small town someone knows who hurt noah… If it was my friend i wouldn’t sleep until I found the person who did this and they were charged…. His “friends” are more worried about proving their innocent rather than getting justice..In my opinion it’s obvious they did something to him

Could he have fallen out of a car or truck?
The changing stories and inconsistencies are concerning, but I find it hard to imagine that anybody there hated Noah enough to beat him to the extent of his injuries. I grew up around there but left years ago and I'm probably older than most of these kids parents, meaning that i don't know these kids at all. But when i was growing up, if there was somebody dangerous enough to do something like this, trust me, it was known.
Has anybody considered the possibility of somebody driving along hwy 81 saw Noah walking and pulled over? Maybe just a really bad dude that had a really bad day and decided to take it out on Noah? A completely random attack by a total stranger? It's easy to see any approaching vehicles for pretty much miles along that stretch of highway, in addition to it being relatively low-traveled. I realize how uncommon "stranger homicide" is (10% I looked it up) but it does happen. Id feel a lot more confident about the theory in the absence of inconsistency and changing stories though.
If it was somebody that Noah knew, and especially if it was more than 1 person, it will come out. This would be a lot for a kid or young adult to carry.
I hope that Noah's case is solved and I am so sorry for his loss.

A million people have dismissed your consideration. It's pretty easy to find why just youtube it. Cause if that happened none of the party goers at 3 30 would have destroyed all their social media had conflicting stories fought post party on social media. the truck driver would have seen the person given the timings party goers would not have taken his teeth etc etc etc a thousand reasons why that never happened. People from the party would have worked together to solve it people would have been horrified post incident as an unknown threat was around.. That hasn't been the case so it means the threat is known. Otherwise cctv would have Benen erected dogs bought etc etc.

And there is a perfectly plausible explanation for the "lawyering up" that while is indeed, a crime (alcohol/ minors, something along those lines), I would argue that it is far from being a nail in any coffin. And I'm not here defending nor persecuting anybody.

He texed or facebook it to his friend , maybe he thinks trucker did it or wants to pay off trucker idk weird he called him do they know each other ? Who was second cell phone ping ? Was trucker driveing a flat bed? Did he have a cheater bar? Dash cam on ? People at scene should of investigated not asume..cheater bar or golf club could do that kind of damage.
