My husband has known Kaden since he was a little boy. He was raised by good Christian parents. He has always been so respectful, honest and a hard working country boy. I believe every word he says. Kaden has a big ol' heart and this whole thing obviously breaks his heart. 😭

I just can’t believe the police did not ask for Kaden’s phone and took almost 40 days to talk to him… OHP knew right away it was not a hit and run! What the hell??

@larissamello374 I think if law enforcement isn't interviewing everybody it is because they already gathered enough evidence to firm a good opinion of who is responsible. They just need to link all the information air tight to form the conviction. My friend was questioned by LE and FBI in a case involving her boyfriend but when they showed up at her house and again at the police station she was mad that she was giving information to them and nobody took notes. In the conviction phase in court she say the LE officer and questioned why he didn't take notes and he said we don't always need a note pad because we have audio video recorders on our vests. So those kids at the party may not have been interviewed in their view of what is common , but believe every single conversation was recorded.
@@MissPerriwinklesometimes there’s just not enough evidence to solve a crime. Many cases go cold, even with top notch investigative teams, and resources. TV shows like CSI have conditioned some of us to expect nice, thorough explanations within an hour. It never happens that way. That’s why there is also a show called Unsolved Mysteries.

I read that too. Supposedly there is a video of him getting beat up and that’s probably why many partygoers wiped their phones clean. So sad that this hasn’t been solved yet.

What i'm confused about this case the first guy that called 911 said noah was naked, Then kaden said noah was wearing the black shorts, Then the police officer that came after said noah was naked.
Thank you Kaden for providing this insight, you are a very brave gentleman. Please be safe my man because you know too much. Its obvious to me that Jack and his dad are definitely in on it. Why would Jack's dad be there on the scene that quickly, at that time of the morning? The amount of force used was that of a jealous rage. Sounds like Jack's girlfriend was talking to Noah at the party, and that sent Jack into a rage. At some point between 2:40 AM and 5 AM Jack hit Noah with that golf club. The way the hair was removed would indicate Noah was dropped to the ground and its as if Jack teed off with a driver on his head. it also sounds like Jack's dad and Jack's girlfriend are plugged into that small community, hence the help in covering it up. The feds need to come in and investigate all of Jefferson County law enforcement. Anyways, my deepest condolences to the family and friends of Noah and may you find closure soon.

I think there’s something else happening here with the adults. Did Noah see something, mentioned it to Jack and jacks said something to his dad and from that it’s escalated into having to shut Noah up by killing him. It seems odd there’s an argument Saturday and then Jack supposedly begged Noah to come back on the Sunday evening. I’m just getting adults were involved in this and I think the kids are scared to say anything. Did Noah see something bad happening Saturday evening?? There’s been too much covered up, not properly investigated and too many inconsistencies in the kids stories. I reckon we are not seeing the bigger picture here. I hope whoever did this to Noah gets caught and justice prevails.
I saw in another video that someone said that a partygoer opened a door and saw a teen doing "adult" activities with Jacks dad. Unsure if that person in that room was male or female. But could Noah have been the one that opened that door and saw that happening ?

Maybe he talks about Noah being shirtless because so much has been made about him having been found naked. Besides the oddness of the shorts on vs off, it appears there wasn’t anything unusual about him being shirtless.
Because they asked him who Noah was as a person. If you watch interviews with Noah's family, they also mention how he was a free spirit who walked around shirtless and shoeless the majority of the time.
Because reports were later he was naked and in fetal position, which is different to what Kaden had seen when he got to the scene.
The one caller saying at first he thought it was a deer running across the road is strange. It couldn't have been Noah since he obviously was the body on the ground yet the caller referred to it as being Noah. Who was it and where did they go?

Why did the operator not ask for their name? Why not ask the callers more questions like if they saw anyone else at the location etc. It seems like she was in a hurry to get off the phone which is strange to me. I also find it odd that the operator was putting what the second caller said in her own words instead of relaying exactly what he was saying.

It was very unprofessional from what I heard in other 911 calls. Those calls are also used to gather evidence. Those two women sounded like gossipy school girls.
@@skepticalbynature I agree. Both times I’ve had to call 911 I was asked multiple questions so the dispatcher knew exactly what to inform the responding officers. With the second instance the operator stayed on the phone with me until after the police arrived & guided me through the whole scenario while keeping me calm & reassuring me. I guess that’s why I was so shocked to hear the lack of empathy & professionalism from the operators in this situation. They clearly need more training IMO

They probably had to agree to edit out anything Kaden said that either implicated him or someone else or that may have revealed something that might be bad for the investigation. I'm assuming Kaden has legal representation.. But I'd like PITC to fill us in if they had to agree to a viewing of the interview by Kaden's family or lawyer or LE before posting it.

@@rachaeltoye4820 I can't verify but have read from more than one source that there are "other houses" on the property and that's where the adults were. If somebody else has more info it would be great if you could fill us in. These kinds of simple, logistical questions that I would think Kaden or anyone from there could easily answer, and I wish they would. It would be great if Kaden or family members would do a q & a even if he had to decline some questions. I'm not interested in endangering any potential witnesses for the prosecution, just simple stuff like who's related to who, where they work, who else they're related to, and especially info on the Texas kids.

I honestly have a feeling jacks AR was used to club noah with.. Because jasmines mom was at the scene and most likely talked to jack.. He could’ve told her what happened.. Because she went straight to the house and started gathering potential evidence and she took the guns for some reason..Very weird to me.. Noah died and she’s worried about the beer and guns? So from what Kaden is saying: neither the oil hauler or the F150 driver were there when he went out there after 5:15. This means there are two other vehicles (service truck and dry van) and two other people that were there and left prior to TH and oil hauler calling 911. That or there is a lot of bullshit being told.
And wtf was Tyler Hardy doing with his story that holds no water now? He's also making definite statements that he couldn't possible know for sure, like Jack did. TH: I was first on the scene/no one tampered/Noah was naked

@@leviconner He said he KNEW FOR SURE he was the first person to the scene and that NO ONE HAD BEEN THERE BEFORE HIM. Sorry, caps, but just emphasizing the two main points. Also, if Kaden is telling the truth, and he seems to be, then the vehicles and people he described being are completely different than the ones Kaden saw. In order for his story (there a few minutes before 6am) everybody Kaden described had already left. Also, he makes no mention of Rene Milan being there for a half hour after Kaden left. That would mean either Kaden is lying or Rene is lying when she told her daughter she was there at the scene for Tyler to be telling the truth. Even before Kaden spoke up though, it seemed weird that both Jack and Tyler were clearly steering the narrative. How could either know what happened before they got there? Kaden and Dalen don't make claims like that.

But say we give Kaden the benefit of the doubt about 5:15a being and there was a box truck and service truck (not Tyler Hardy and crude truck driver that were there later in the hour) that possibly left before Tyler and crude driver got there. Is it possible that both stories can be true? I’ll break down the timeline of what I’m thinking in my head.

Any chance that there are two other drivers and suspects (box truck and service truck) that might’ve tampered with the body and left between the time that the kids went back to the house and Tyler and the crude hauler find him?
All of this is predicated on notion that Kaden’s 5:15a timing is correct. If it isn’t and Kaden is mistaking 5:15a for 6:15a or simply lying. Because after 6:15a, there was positively a crude a truck and F150 there. Not otherwise.

So if Kaden falls back asleep again at around 2:43am then they're most likely wasn't any type of loud argument going on in the house after 2:43am because a loud argument would have most likely awakened Kaden and anyone else in the house that was sleeping...right? Also the way he describes the utility truck driver almost makes me wonder if he's describing CN but doesn't want to really divulge that. Is that possible?

Noah either was secretly talking to Jacks girl and the secret came out at the party or Noah was doing something with her at the party or about to. Jack and him got to arguing/fighting. Noah being him, don’t like confrontation he’ll rather walk away than deal with issues. He was over the party, he didn’t drive so out of react/emotions he hurried out grab whatever shoes from the shoe pile and grab whatever items he saw that was his. He was walking along the highway, at that moment Jack, Issac, another boy, and Jacks girlfriend all got into a car or truck. Black,Green or in similar of dark color with chrome in the front. They went after him because at that moment Jack has had it with Noah. In his eyes he has always been number 2. Him possibly doing something with his girl sent him over in with alcohol mix, truth always comes out in emotions are high. You are being who you’re really are. That’s why you can barely control yourself, when sober you become a snake, you hide your intentions because you’re more in tuned. On the dark highway they caught up with Noah, in moments a discussion of what to do and that’s when Jack hit ran/hit with either the truck or car. Noticing that they didn’t kill him, knowing they can’t turn back they all agree that the job has to be finished. Some metal was grabbed, that’s when they got out of the car, Noah was begging them please call help, I’m sorry I didn’t mean it, his last words was “I thought we were homies” his last clear sight of a human figure person was Jack. After that he was hit to the point where he died instantly. He has now removed from his body and now watching the two Jack, issac and the other boy kick and beat him to a pope. The girlfriend is standing there just watching. Jack releases over years of true feelings he had bent up against Noah that night. That’s why he had so much damaged to him. You can see that this was overly emotional personal MURDER! Just as homicide officers can depict that stabbing is personal and its someone close to that victim. A lot of burning of clothes, cleaning, one particular parent is involved heavily in the cove up. Phones were erased, wiped/deleted. His clothing and phone was taken. Something is in his phone also. Digital evidence, most important is the pinging of phones. Gives you a somewhat guide to where it all took place. Friends at that party knew when Noah left and they new when the others left to go out after him. Packs and intimidation plays a lot in this case of the reason why no one is talking. Also pressure isn’t being out on the friends. But, it wasn’t just the issue with him possibly doing some with his girl or a secret coming out. Years of jealousy and envy places a percentage of this. The overly drinking and people being able not to control there emotions while drunk what he wanted to do he truly did. He showed who he really was and how he really felt about him. Without him reacting him being Jack none of this would of happen… but. Truth always prevails, your conscious can only take so much, that’s if your truly a genuine person. If any of the four that was in car or truck or any that wa back at the house have a conscious they will speak up for NOAH AND LET THE TRUTH PREVAIL.
He wasn’t hit by a vehicle. Autopsy and the injuries he has, and more importantly, the injuries he doesn’t have, make that clear.
The murder did not take place where Noah’s body was found. There would have been a crap ton of blood if it happened there and there wasn’t. Plus, there were no signs of a struggle, like scuff and drag marks in gravel or on the asphalt, and other signs of a struggle.
He was murdered somewhere else and moved to that location to be found. Whoever did it was planning and hoping it would be accepted he got hit and killed by a vehicle, like a hit and run. But they didn’t know and couldn’t account for the fact that his injuries do not match that of being struck from a vehicle and he’s lacking major injures he would have if he was struck by a vehicle.

One thing I don’t understand listening to this is he says he was worried about his cousin and wanted to sober up bc “he knows how guys get pushy” but yet he went to sleep early leaving her alone with these guys until later in the evening (when you’d think they’d be more drunk and pushy). Why if you were worried about her before would you not be worried about her later in the evening when the guys are usually really drunk.?!?! What I don’t understand is why she waited for Kaden’s mother so far away from the house. They had to follow the gps to find her. Almost like she had to leave.

I didn’t like how kaden said jasmines mom came into the house. Then he paused for a few seconds and said “I told everyone to get all the beer so no one got into trouble”. For some reason kaden got like scared and felt the need to protect jasmines mom. Because it’s obvious that she’s the one that came into the house and started gathering potential evidence and hiding the beer..It’s possible one of the guns was used to club noah with and she took the guns..I feel like kaden might know about more stuff regarding Jasmine and her mom but is keeping it DL..He shouldn’t be protecting anyone at all not for the death and not even the underage drinking..Jasmines mom and whatever other adult’s supplied alcohol should be held accountable to some degree..Who lets their child go to a party with alcohol and guns 🤦🏻♂️ Maybe im just a protective dad but there’s absolutely zero chance my daughter would have gone anywhere near there..Kaden should stop protecting that woman and just let justice be served.. His friend died don’t be protecting anyone bro when yur older and have kids you’ll understand..
There could be reasons other than he's trying to protect her, but I noticed that too. The main thing that jumped out to me is that Kaden and his friends were angrily chased off and THEN Rene showed up at the scene and stayed for a half hour and THEN she's at the house ordering people around and deciding what to hide from LE? If Kaden were trying to protect Rene I don't think he would have made that point TWICE. He wanted us to hear that. It means she was (imo) there while someone repositioned and undressed Noah. I think the only reason to take his shorts is evidence (were they torn?) that someone (likely Colby, who later cut them up and gave them to party goers) of the crime that someone was working hard to cover up. The white shorts were Jack's (according to Jack) and probably somebody (maybe whoever took Noah's black shorts off) wanted them put on Noah, which is why Jack said he had them on and they came off when he supposedly got his by a semi. Kaden mentioned this conversation between Jasmine and Rene twice. What would be the reason for her to tell Jasmine this; what's the rest of what she was saying to Jasmine? There were precious few questions posed to Kaden in this interview, but I wish this had been one of them. But there are so many questions to ask Kaden. I don't think he wasn't asked for nefarious reasons, but more likely to protect the investigation. There's enough to keep people engaged though, so that's good that it's not slipping from view.

Thinking about this again (I've assumed the beating happened outside because of the injuries) after reading your comment, I wonder if it happened in the bathroom or shower? Is there a fixture in there that NP could have fallen into to get the wound on his head? Also, if most of the kids were gone or asleep and a beat down that went too far could have been more easily concealed. I'm just spit balling here, but maybe some of the kids in the living room with Kaden (or even including Kaden) were pretending to be asleep and know what happened or were told some version of the truth, like that he fell in the shower. Ikn, it's still hard for me to think that people, including some parents, could have conspired in such a cold-blooded way.
Why was Jasmine not charged with tampering with evidence and why would she tell these boys to leave the scene?! I would have wanted to know what happened to that child and would have made all of those kids stay unless I was covering for someone.
Ok! First we’re told that Noah was nude, wearing only mismatched shoes. Now, this young man says he had his shorts on? I’m gonna take Kayden’s word, because he was there. Who took off Noahs shorts and why? Anyone with half a brain knows you don’t mess with a crime scene. Nothing would justify taking off Noah’s shorts. It’s weird, inappropriate and creepy. It’s also suspicious on who told his friends to “get the F out of here”. Who was at the scene at the time to give that order? No one of authority. Jack is Noah’s BEST FRIEND, but shows no emotion or distress as he sees Noah dead in the street? Nothing about this crime seems normal? The way Kayden describes Noah’s body, does seem like he may have been hit by an automobile. What ever happened to Noah, he sure didn’t deserve what he got. Whoever removed those shorts should be brought up on charges. It’s unethical, demeaning and just morally wrong. Poor Noah even disrespected in death.

So from Tyler finding Noah on the side of the road, to Noah was not in a fetal position when Kaeden arrived on scene, and the black shorts were seen on Noah by kaeden as well. kaeden left, thereafter Noah’s shorts were removed, and Noah was put in a fetal position, this would all had to be done in a certain time frame to be able to move Noah’s body before Rigor mortis sets in. I don't think the shoes are an issue. The question to me is, why did they have grass in them? It seems he was dragged, probably to move his body after he was dead or unconscious, over a grassy area. That fits with Noah dying before he was on the road and the lack of blood on the scene.

Most times TOD isn't made public in a investigation where there is so much lies. Because only the people who committed the crime will know the timeliness. Am I right? And maybe the redacted 911 call is someone close to the investigation and their statements are crucial.
There can't be an time of death if the ME wasn't at the scene taking body fluid samples and core temp and ambient temp as soon as the body is found. The ME never showed and seems to have put wrong information in the Autopsy Report about who found the body and what time.

And they can narrow down the time of death by the fatal internal injuries and blood coagulation in the body, rigor mortis etc. They do not release the time of death to protect the investigation. Even right now in that horrible Idaho 4 murder. Audio captures Xana yelling at 3:32 am but they gave a window of the possible TOD to protect the time of death. Time of death is very important in the witness statements. It is common to protect time. There are three things at the top of the investigators list time, date, location. It is protected from the public and the family in a suspicious unsolved crime Sad but true

With each minute that passes an ME's tod estimate is less and less accurate. I think they didn't treat this as crime scene at all. Btw, it's not two separate AR's. The first one was relaeased to the media as a summary and then they released the whole thing after that. I think the first one was released because of all the pressure about the different rumors circulating about manner and cause. Kadens story would figure that between his mom calling at 2:43 and Jasmines Snapchat at 3:36(??) Noah took Jacks keys for the side by side, took a ride, crashed and then came back to house and was showered. After that he got into an altercation with Aubrey and left the house by 330. Seems like a lot to take place in 45 mins but not impossible. Have the other boys corroborated Kadens timeline? To me because of the serious trauma of finding your friend dead on the road, facts are mixed up. I believe the 911 calls were at 5:53 so either kadens off an hour or Jack was first on scene. Sometime on Saturday night, there might've happened an altercation with Noah, most probably motivated by something related to the birthday girl that was hosting the party or Jack's girlfriend, or even something that Noah might've witnessed that pissed they off and made him a threat. Noah was then taken to the barn, with closed door, where he was beaten up to death by this group of guys, in a brutal an coward assault, using golf clubs. JACK, MIKEY, and BRAYLIN and probably another one of the guys, with the help of CALEB NEWTON (who by the way was seeing late at night at this party, having sex with one of the minor girls). It's clear that early morning on Sunday, after their alcoholic rage rampant, they covered up their mess by dumping Noah's lifeless body, all beaten up, on the side of the road, making up this story of him being runover by a semi truck. Of course they were supported by the incompetent corrupt Arkansas local police, who most probably were directed by Caleb Newton, and received bribes collected from the parents of the minors involved in this incident to cover up their sons gruesome murder. Pretty clear who are the ones directly involved by now. WHERE IS THE FBI??? #justicefornoahpresgrove
