    Ive had Colic with both my daughters it is the hardest thing I have ever gone through in my life. A lot easier second time around but the piercing shrieks like they are being murdered and nothing you can do to fix it. It nearly broke me first time around. Second time around I just committed to only getting 3 hours sleep a day for 3 months and knowing my life would be terrible and not trying to fix it. I found getting a body carrier awesome I would spend 12 to 6am watching movies or singing to my daughter that way they are close and feel like they are getting hugs and you can get on with stuff. Thing is you can not make it go away trust me all you can do is give them.comfort and try to stop yourself going insane which is the most important thing. At times you have to walk away and do what it takes to survive its much better than getting angry with your baby and hating your self as colic pushes you to the edge. It does get better and goes away between 3 to 6 months and it will all seem a distant pain. By the way parents with babies who havent had colic will never understand what you went through they will think its just you couldnt handle a baby crying dont sweat it once you survive colic you are a much stronger person and you have literally given your soul to your child so you should be proud. It really helps to just put wverything else on hold with a colicky baby and just say the next 3 to 6 months are about surving and set everything up in your life for that. Family and friends can eait until its all done and dusted anyway good luck for anyone experiencing colic right now with their children and just know it will get better and your beautiful baby will love you and you will love them.

      Great comment Thomas! It describes your situation perfectly now :) and is the bare true that you are saying. We have very colicky baby and we change the formulas we gave drops an everything nut nothing helps actually. I have just ordered the probiotic BioGea drops ,which give me a ray of hope :) ,but will see. You said it very right you just commit to yourself for not sleeping the next 3 month ,which is happening now and it is terrible you barely succeed to go to work ,it is really just surviving, I don't know what cause these terrible colics but yeah your baby screams like it is been murdered and is always at the same time at night, why at night! And then no sleep. But thanks Thanks for the very true and honest comment and thanks for wishing good luck because we are turn to a zombies with my wife now :) Good luck with your daughters too,

    My daughter had colic . We tried formulas , gas drops , teas , nothing really helped . She would literally scream all day . Only walks outside , eating and baths would really soothe her . Car rides (sometimes) . However she is 9 months now , happy and healthy ! We noticed the colic going away right around 3 months . Stay strong , it’ll go away before you know it.

    My son who is 13 now had colic and the only thing that would calm him down was this song by chris brown called forever. Once that song went off the peace was over 😫… I just had a baby 3 weeks ago and he does a lot of grunting and stuff at night he doesn’t cry often but it scares me because I remember how hard it was dealing with my other son who had colic 😫. Hoping and praying he doesn’t get colic and thank god I’m not working at the moment because I barley get any sleep. Praying for all the mommies who have babies with it because I understand how hard it is.

      @ShwetaSingh-xw1xg Před 3 lety +12

      Same here dear but please don't take stress, I know how it feels. A baby could cry due to many reasons. When a baby is frantic to eat, sometimes they then gulp air with the milk, causing gas. This can create a cycle of discomfort that makes your baby fuss and cry instead of settling back into sleep once their hunger has been satisfied. These were the words of my paediatrician. Hope this could help you. All the best new mommy!

There's a time of the day that he's going wild especially during night before bedtime. Hello mam! Which brand of formula mill you are using for her? If she is on formula milk
      You should consult your paediatrician to determine if your baby's crying is the result of a cow's milk protein allergy. Ask your pediatric about prebiotics. Do as suggested in the video. This type of crying is usually associated with disruptions in your baby’s normal schedule

    When an infant suffers from colic, warm its tummy with a warm towel, a warm iron-ironed diaper, a small hot water bottle or a cold-hot compress available at the pharmacy (such compresses are applied to the clothes). Some little ones find relief in a warm bath.
    Massage of the tummy in circular movements along the large intestine can also be very helpful. Start under the ribs on the right side of the baby's tummy and then left, down, right and back up. Over and over again. During the massage, lightly press the baby's legs against the tummy to facilitate the departure of gases. Let your baby lie on its tummy for a while.
    Fennel tea, which facilitates the release of gas, and chamomile tea, which helps in defecation, can also help with the baby's ailments.

      Tummy massage you suggested is opposite to what doctor's suggest. It should be clockwise always. You have given antu clockwise directions. Any reading this please follow how your clock moves.. it should be clockwise always.. very important..

    • @worlddreaminstitute4427
      @worlddreaminstitute4427 Před rokem +3

      @@AbhishekSachan The large intestine opens into the anus on the left side of the abdomen at approximately 5 pm. You start the massage at the height of the liver, that is at 10-11 pm. So from your perspective as a massager it is clockwise. I suggested clockwise. When you look at infant belly and start massage from its right side to the left it is clockwise. It is along the anatomy of natural bowel movement.
