  • ITS OFFICIALLY OUTDOOR SEASON!! You guys know outdoor is my favorite because that means it's 400 hurdle season! I am so happy to be back in my element :) I hope you guys enjoy this video, I wanted to take you through as much of my schedule as possible. Let me know if you like these week long vids!     That first picture on your Instagram WOW! U LOOK GREAT! ! 😋 185LBS damnnn 💪You squat more than me lol i never do back squats just not comfortable with that movement same with power cleans lol training for semi pro football at 40 years old i do leg press and hack squats (which also) work my calves. I do bench , incline bench, trap bar deadlift, and bent barbell rows. I just never did the cleans, jerks, squats properly therefore i don't incorporate them into my routine. Your strong for your weight wow ✊
