M4D - also known as Morten Dybdal - released his first single Ukraine (We Never Stop Believing) in October 2023 - which has been played in countries around the world.
Followed up by Father Love in 2024 - which also gave a lot of airplay - M4D has now climbed to be among the most-played Danish artists when it comes to international Airplay (Viberate chart).
The music has a live feeling and is all recorded by the artist himself in the studio in the southern part of Copenhagen.

My songs are about my life - my deepest fears and losses, my happiness, hope, and my sorrow. The way I experience life and how it feels to go through crisis, romance, and pain, and yet feel hope for the future.
My artist name M4D (my initials for Morten Dybdal) is pronounced “mad” as indifferent, crazy, or captivated by emotions - and reflects the honest path I've chosen for my sound. Every song has its own soul and genre mix - trying to express and capture that specific emotion.
I am currently recording my first album - Pieces of a Father’s Heart - dedicated to my 2 sons whom I lost contact with due to parental alienation. The first single is called “Father Love”.
The album is going to take the listener through all the emotions that follow a parent's loss when it is demonized to the children who are taught to fear or hate you - by the other parent - a situation thousands of people are going through all over the globe every year.
I want to take the listener through this journey to be able to emphasize and experience both the deep wounds and the hope - knowing that they are not alone. We love our parents and children - and should never be denied our love.
