  • @etvscandalfanpage2011
    @etvscandalfanpage2011 Před měsícem +5

    Well even if Zimbabweans could go back to their country, South Africa will still remain with bigger problems. We still have Spaza Shops ran by Somalians, Ethiopians, Chinese etc most of them don't even order stock from local wholesalers they manufacture most of these things they sell which is affecting our economy. Some of their products are not even safe to consume
    We have drug Smugglers, we have cable thieves who will keep crossing boarders to steal cables, we have Zama Zama mines etc
    It's a lot. South Africa needs a strong government, a government with a plan, a government who will focus on strengthening our economy again.
    Unfortunately some of the Zimbabweans and most of other immigrants that are already in South Africa are not planning to go back home, they ve made South Africa their home. Someone here said the more Zimbabwe faces high employment rate the more it will affect South Africa, and it does its true.
    Zimbabwean government doesn't take accountability, Zimbabweans as well dont hold their government accountable and it's always been like that. Zimbabwe has been a problem of South Africa for a long time since Mugabe time. The problem of UK aswell. There's a difference between offering skills, scarce skills to a foreign country and just doing general work.
    South Africa doesn't have good immigrants, ones that offer scarce skills, pay tax, and just be law abiding immigrants. There's nothing wrong with immigration, everywhere there's a foreign person but they way it's going about in South Africa its not good for the economy and citizens.
