Hello everyone 😊Today I wanna show you guys how to make Braised Duck with Plum sauce. 酸梅鴨
Other than Cantonese Roasted duck, this is probably my second favourite duck recipe. with its sour and sweet taste from the pickled plums with all the tasteful ingredients in this recipe. It is really yummy, I highly recommended for you to try to make this dish at home. You won’t regret it.

Can cut duck to pieces, blanched it, then rinsed it first before pan frying it?

Great question 😃Yes you can, but the problem is the duck pieces will shrink to smaller sizes when pan frying them.
