The Irish Guy takes a look at the Premier League table if each team swapped managers with their local derby rivals. Pep Guardiola at Man United? Jurgen Klopp at Everton?
This should be a football manager experiment, for 2 seasons simulate the season with each of these managers at these respective clubs (and add the last Luton town manager to Watford too)

Your current manger will never see a top 4 finish, his Career is winding down now, thats why he swapped Napoli for a club less than half its size, Klopp is an exciting manager who isn't a dinosaur, don't say such silly things

Was a BHAFC season ticket holder at 6, now 34. Wasnt till I was 18ish that I knew we apparently had a rivalry with Palace. Genuine believe it only exist because teams have to have a rivalry and now come to the light as we are playing each other and they need to build up the controversy. During my years before Prem, had a bigger rivalry with Reading (who kept beating us), and Chesterfield (even had a giant envelope banner made they used to push around the stadium)

In the scenario in play several of those better teams (on paper) will have highly suspect managers. On their day this Everton side CAN perform at a high level, the issue is getting that performance from them consistently which is something Klopp could probably do.

As a baggies fan I hate to say this, but I think Bilic would get wolves into Europe easy. Think about it: he's got the Albion challenging for the Championship title when we don't even have a proper striker. I mean Hal Robson-Kanu is our first choice striker this season... If he can get the results he has with a forward line that would struggle in league 1, imagine what he would do with a wolves squad that is decent.
Not gonna lie but Steve Mclaren did a great job with a mediocre team in 2009/2010 to make Twente champions. But Ajax was far and away the best team in the eredivisie when Frank de Boer managed them so it was no surprise he won 4 in a row. But Philip Cocu made PSV champions letting behind an Ajax side with Frenkie de Jong, Matthijs de Ligt, Donny vd Beek, Justin Kluivert, Ziyech, Huntelaar, Neres etc. A season after they reached the Europa League final. So yes Philip Cocu is a great manager only failing at Fenerbache because he didn't connect with the players. It helped him massively he was a PSV legend.
Based on what, his record of getting primadonnas to perform? Pep hasn't shown any flexibility in his approach to the game over the years. Can you see Wann-Bissaka, Bailley, Maguire, and Shaw playing Pep's tiki-taka? Meanwhile, Klopp could get Everton's younger talent to shine where Marco Silva clearly couldn't.
The only positive I could think of having mourinho at arsenal would be that Leno wouldn't face as many shots, I'd say arteta would do better with his spurs squad, not as good defensively but going forward and can see him getting the best out of winks
Sorry but to say that Klopp would instantly take us to 3rd is insane. We still have players like Iwobi Walcott and Davies in the first team. There isnt much difference between Klopp and Ancelotti. Ancelotti will need around 3 years like Klopp to get his players in.
