Yet another home run from Dan 'I couldn't make a merely good looking guitar to save my life' Ciminskie. Gorgeous wood, excellent craftsmanship and clear and interesting narration. It always makes me happy to see a video from Orbital pop up in the feed. Can't wait to see the rest.
I like that finish mate 👍🏼
The technique for marking the inlays is very useful. Using masking tape saves a lot of headache.
I always enjoy watching your builds
🤘🏻👁️🤘🏻. Carpe diem.
The video and build are excellent quality. The amount of timber you seem to have wasted? from the neck blank scares me though.
I'm making 2 whole necks out of that rosewood, practically nothing was wasted
I’m always scared of sanding thru those inlay areas like the tips of the wings. 😳
What saw blade are you using on the miter saw for fret slotting?
Also, that fretboard came to life when you radiused it. 😎
It's this saw blade from Stew Mac www.stewmac.com/luthier-tools-and-supplies/tools-by-job/tools-for-fretting/fret-slotting-table-saw-blade
