Having spent too many years in retail, I love this movie. Yes it has issues, and Michael Jai White is completely wasted, but at the same time I can look at these characters and literally name people I worked with that would fill every single stereotype of these store employees. I don't use Twitter anymore, but the director was actually pretty open to answering production questions via tweet back when the movie released
