Prince George pays royal visit to the zoo

As the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge continue their tour of Australia , Prince George enjoyed quite the Easter treat on Sunday, when he and his parents visited Taronga Zoo in Sydney. The eight-month old future king of England was fascinated by the animals, and performed his first official duty, helping to unveil a plaque commemorating the dedication of the Prince George Bilby Exhibit. William and Kate enjoyed a tour of the zoo, and were introduced to Australian wildlife, including kangaroos, quokkas and koalas. The day culminated in a flight to Canberra where the royals were met by the Governor-General of Australia, Sir Peter Cosgrove, and the Foreign Minister, Julie Bishop. Report by Victoria Nwosu-Hope.
