They shouldn't zoom up her dress like that. She has to dress nice for these events. The photogs should cut her some slack. If she would have worn jeans, she would have been criticized.
THEREDRAJ Over the years the royals have have had many preventive measures for such things. For example, dresses made with weights at the hem to stop them flying up. So I am sure Kate or those around her to ensure that doesn’t happen. They know the tricks of the press better than anyone alive!
