Punk did as expected with someone with 2 years of experience in his late 30's. By listening to his interviews, I dont get the vibe that he was going after a belt. Sounded more like a bucket list goal of trying be make the walk of being a UFC fighter. While we can sit here and say he should have fought in a smaller promotion, I understand why he went after the money instead.
