My Quickstar works great. I setup keywords for multiple different people all with different icons. When I receive a notification the correct icon displays.

@@RADERTECH Yes, it works fine even with me going in to adjust sizes and effects many times. It's case-sensitive, so I made sure my keyword name was spelled exactly as it's shown on my contacts list.
I hate that they keep taking away certain things and chainging the location for a setting is. On theme park for icons you can no longer resize icons. You can still do it from home up. Good lock is so convoluted and they can never stream line it for a better user experience.
I know what you mean, I noticed that things got moved around again when preparing for this video. That's why I plan on revisiting Good Lock every couple of years. It can get frustrating, for sure.
Go into your settings and search for edge lighting. Make sure the lighting effect is not set to None, which I believe is the default. Also, please make sure your notifications are setup to show brief notifications for all apps. If this doesn't make sense, please shoot me a quick email and I'll walk you through it. Even the S23FE has these "features" and they work great! The FE "series" offers 90%+ everything offered here that your "average" user NEVER utilizes anyways!
Gotcha, no problem my friend. Swipe down twice on your quick toggles so the panel opens all of the way, meaning it shows all of your toggles. Then tap on the icon that looks like a pencil. On the screen that pops up, you'll see an option for "Quick settings instant access". Tap on those words and go ahead an turn that on, and you should be good to go. Thanks for stopping by!
It's just one of 2 pre-installed battery widgets. You should find listed under "Battery" in the widgets section of your device. Not all versions of One UI have this though, I'm pretty sure it was released right around when One UI 5.1.1 came out. Thanks for watching.
Thanks for stopping by. I prefer swipe gestures, but it's personal preference. For one handed operation, you can use One Handed operation and the new gesture makes it a little easier by letting you swipe from the left or right.
That's a tough call, it depends on what your priorities are. The S24 ultra has a flat edge and corner design, whereas the s25 ultra is supposed to be going back to rounded corners. The cameras will be similar, but there will be an improved 200mobin the s25 ultra, but we don't know what that will evaluate to. If you're on a relatively newer device, I'd personally wait for the s25 ultra. Oh, and the S25 ultra is supposed to be getting a slightly larger screen and battery, with higher charging speeds at 65wh, vs 45 on the S24 ultra.
@@RADERTECH well, right now the phone that i'm using is pretty much 6 years old and for some reason it still works fine and decent lol, but am just afraid that this phone would suddenly just brick up and lose all my files so am deciding, would you say the s24 ultra is a perfect flagship phone now?

Edge lighting by keyword does work but not for gmail. Its case sensitive so be sure the contact is typed exactly as you saved it

Quick settings instant button is gray out for me it tells me "Turn it on in the quick settings screen "
