I don't blame Lamar as much for this pass since he had Watt in his face, but I feel like other Ravens fans just ignore how bad his passing can be at times. I feel like every other play Romo was pointing out a guy that was wide open that Lamar should've seen and when he does see them he often underthrows. And there's always excitement around Lamar finding a way to win in the 4th quarter, but that's because he's usually terrible in the 1st(and sometimes 2nd). He has some miraculous moments and great open field running but how much do you credit someone for climbing out of a hole they dug themself?
And I don't believe in all that "he's a running back" bs. He's a good QB, but his passing needs work. Luckily for Raven's fans, he's definitely the type of guy to come back better every season. He knows what he needs to work on better than any of us and he wants it more than anyone.

This could help B-more later, maybe in the playoffs. Showing this much confidence in your team is great, even if it just missed.

I'm a Steelers fan, so I despise everything about the Ravens. And I don't know if it will necessarily help them in the playoffs because they're already really good - but I agree that it was a good call for Harbaugh to show confidence in his guys. He knew that they'd be getting out of town in 1st place no matter what happened - and had it been successful, Baltimore would hold the #1 seed in the AFC right now. I'm glad it didn't work, but I admire the call.

I was hoping this was something the 49ers would try had they scored a touchdown on their final drive today.
