- This Sunday we rolling downtown for the Money Wasters Second Line Parade. Special shout out to my dog Willie and the Dignified Achievable Men Social Aid and Pleasure Club (DAM). Be sure to look out for Vol. 2 dropping tomorrow with more killer shots and grooving tunes.

Katrina just made us stronger. We’ve always had to fend for ourselves, so we get together, figure it out and move forward. That’s how we’re built. Some people misunderstand us and ask why go back to New Orleans after the storm? To that we say “ WTF” not 😅😅It’s home, good bad or indifferent. We had family properties and businesses to get back to. It’s in True New Orleanians’ blood. Just like the way we dance. The ancestors all in us since they arrived at the Port of New Orleans, and we’ll always celebrate them. Only the strong survive, so if it’s only two of us we will celebrate and survive together 😅☮️🩷🙏🏿🙏🏿✊🏾✊🏾

I’m from DMV and it s so interesting that this reminds me of our GO GO bands, especially the cowbells………ayeeeeeee….very similar in the music and how they bring community together. Love it. I love US!!!
That is a comparison I often draw myself whenever I here GO GO. Our people, no matter where they place us, we are going to throw down. Even if all we have is some drums and a cowbell.

@@PhatwardMcBizzleboomSome new club comes alongs with new ideas and makes it new all over again. The planning and the money these clubs put into one day is amazing. Someone close to me is in a second line club and I can tell you the gator shoes, and tailor made suits and the fans the special hats, feathers for the fans etc, cost a 💵😂😂It’s a lot for one day but the experience is beyond Awesome. We’ll NEVER forget and will always celebrate OUR culture. “NO ONE” can take THAT from us 💃🏾🕺🏽☮️🩷🙏🏿🙏🏿⚜️⚜️✊🏾✊🏾
