Travis Crawford hi, trying to steal some knowledge from you, I bought a project car that has drilled holes in the dash, what resin or compound can I use to fill these in and create a texture of the grain? Your help is appreciated, Happy New Year.
wait the second, you are not interpreting how in carmen san diego you has the color, the material to fill the hole, come on man, have the decency to articulate where in the watss can I get material?
The first helpful video I’ve actually been able to find for repairing my Camaro dash, and there isn’t a lift of products 🥲. Has anyone been able to figure it out? Looks like they’re just cleaning the area, then sanding it out to make it all even, filling the hole with, maybe super glue? Multiple layers until it’s filled and then another buff to even it out. I’m guessing the black stuff is paint and then he’s wrapping the car and spraying maybe some interior shine or paint(?) from a distance so it’s not too overpowering. The fact that it was through a hole and at distance makes me think it was some interior paint. Did a touch up directly with the scrapper and then a light top coat with a spray. Anyone agree or have ideas?
Hi, thanks for the video sharing, can you provide a list of the product(s) and steps used for people who are DIY. Thanks
Glad your video shows how it turns out, what would be better is if you say what you used or list it.
Not too bad. Good work.
I once had a damaged dash so replaced it. Is the original vinyl covering moulded?
nice work,
cool music
what that was it you put in the hole, saliva? how you change the color, sir, please explain?
nice work but what the hell did you use to do it?
i got same question...
What materials did you use
That was ok.I always put the grain back into the repair so it's not smooth and noticeable. But then again i've been doing this for over 20 years.

@@sorianosn if you used a sponge by tapping it on the affected area with filling you would achieve that texture.
Where you guys located?
where can I go to get my fits help
I can't tell if this is an uninformative DIY video or poorly advertised services for a business.
