With all the witnesses both sides say they are calling (state 110 and defense 75) I don't see how the judge has given enough time for the trial. We will likely know more after the hearing next week.
If this was a movie, legal analysts would be saying how none of this stuff would ever happen in real life. I would likely be one of the lawyers saying that what happened is not believable.
Why no Grand Jury , why not a prosecutor from Attorney Generals office to prosecute? The autopsy’s should have been done by FBI that’s the next hurdle.
If the state uses up all the trial time the whole 2 weeks Gull has so generously allowed them to have lol then what will the defense do ?? Isnt there some kind of or rule for equal time for each side? Or is that only allowed in civil cases?
If RA is convicted any appeal will without a doubt attack the competency of the defense team. BUT to be fair, RA has not done himself any favors by confessing while in jail.

The cell phone data shows RA's phone (that he claimed he was glued to at some point when he was there) as not being there at the trails, even at the start time of the geofencing which was 12:41 pm on the 13, per the defense. They oddly took victory laps over this when it makes RA's altered timeline not make sense.

You were right, the trial has been pushed back to October. Judge Gull refused to give more than two weeks for the whole trial.
I could see the writing on the wall on that one. Especially with so many pre trial motions pending

Judge has to allow the defense to present a case, if the defense wishes to do so. I don't think there is enough time set aside for this case.
I know the law to, in this trial exculpatory evidence , could involve f.b.i. my opinion only.
The judge was 100% correct. Richard Allen should demand a competent defense team.

I agree with the Judge. Leaking pictures of the Dead girls is horrifying. They should have been thrown off the case.IMO

Intent was not proven. Someone stole the pics and after all leaking crime scene photos usually hurt defense.
