•All we need is
* ¾cup (100g) whole wheat flour
* ¾ cup (80g) rolled oats, measure and grind to a flour
* 4 tbsp (56g) cubed unsalted butter
* ½cup (70g) sugar/brown sugar
* 3tbsp cold milk
* ¼ tsp baking soda
* ¼ tsp salt (skip if using salted butter)
* 1 tsp vanilla extract/essence

This looks great - and delicious. As a vegan, I can just replace the dairy milk with plant milk. Excellent - can't wait to try it
