We are just sharing knowledge and opinions here.! And yes villas are more comfortable and so the price of it...! You can't buy a villa with the price of this apartment but you can buy a villa or individual house in a village like he mentioned or at an area where prices are at low cost where you will be missing the amenities, facilities, location, feeling of luxury, etc that you will get with this apartment ... And again as I mentioned earlier it's their personal choice, people choose it as per their satisfaction.

To get to basics you need to drive.
You call it close to IT hub.
What is IT hub by the way. You can work from home.
Do you need to sell ray ban glasses beneath IT offices or what.
