Aloo bonda is a typical South Indian snack. It is a deep fried savory snack stuffed with potato spices mixture. Aloo bonda is crispy outside and soft inside.

Ingredients
1 pinch ajwain
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp cashewnuts
1 pinch chilli pdr
1 bunch chopped coriander
1 slice chopped ginger
2 number chopped gr chilli
1 tsp cumin
5 leaf curry leaves
2 cup gram flour ,beasan
1 pinch mustard
1 to fry oil
1/2 small onion
4 number potato boiled mashed
1 to taste salt
Directions
• heat oil in pan , make sure use very little oil add cumin ,mustard ,turmeric all spices and onion
• mix it with mashed potato and season well
• make batter with gramflour as shown , or check out the video of pakodas for detail procedure for batter
• dipp the dumpling of potatoes in the batter and fry in medium heat till golden brown and serve hotwith your fav chutney
