This bread is so delicious. I am Mexican American and my boyfriend is from Mexico City. He recently became friends with a guy from Saudi Arabia and he shared his mothers bread with us. It just so happens to be this bread! I absolutely enjoy it with my coffee. But I would absolutely love to try it with yogurt. My boyfriend told his friend that he would pay his mother to make bread for us, and the mother said you don’t have to pay me just send over some pan dulce, Mexican bread. Love that! And I love that we can share the beauty and richness of our cultures.
