Cosmos' ability is far superior just because hers is permanent and GG once you're inside her mind library as opposed to Gojo's temporary effect. And even then, the Cosmos fiend will surely freak out in a panic just like the other fiends were in hell (chapter 64). The only possible theory I found in the csm community as to why the Cosmos has never attempted or has not been able to defeat a primal fear devil is because her omniscient ability will not work against devils that embody the concept of "Eldritch Horror", fears that are universally incomprehensible and omnipresent to man, those devils are psychologically indomitable to omniscience. Take for example the Darkness Devil, it's a being with a universal fear that also stems from the unknown. Or the Falling Devil, a being whose fear stems from gravity, a universal principle.
The darkness devil manifests darkness into reality even if there should be light in the area. Like when it appears in hell and suddenly when it attacks its pitch black around them. So im not convinced Gojos hollow purple would be able to dispel the darkness around it

Devils in CSM have hax abilities that would more than likely overwrite any kind of defensive abilities. Not to mention we have no idea how/why the Chainsaw Devil is allowed to just erase things from history just by eating it. This isnt just "oh everyone forgot it" but literally by eating nuclear weapons, not even the war devil (Who is aware they were deleted from existence) is able to use them anymore. Meaning that devils do have reality manipulation abilities which I doubt Gojo has any way to stop himself from getting deleted. Imagine if there was a "nothingness devil" that could just erase anyone or anytbing from existence if it felt like it. We see that the control devil can just control anyone it wants as long as it believes it is above them. Although we have no idea what kind of requirements there are needed to activate those kinds of abilities as CSM doesnt seem to want to go into detail on these abilities.
Primal devil englobe many things, falling by example is not just normal fall but fell into trauma, and darkness probably also is the fear of the unknown
Cool story, but we see these overpowered devils get beat by people much weaker than gojo who can easily take the steps they did and with more easy and precision.

You forgot the most important thing of all. Devils are literally IMMORTAL. They are born from human fears, so even if current Darkness devil were to lose and die from Gojo. In the end it will just reincarnate and become the Darkness devil all over again, as long as humans stay fearing the darkness, which is basically forever as long as humans live.

To clarify a bit more on how Gojo's Domain works, his sure hit ability actually ISNT the overloading of information to someone's brain. That's essentially just a passive effect of being inside the domain. (Spoilers) During the Shibuya arc, we see that Gojo has to lower the duration of his void in a heavily populated area to not kill every civilian there. This means that the information overload isn't the curse technique imbued into his domain but rather just a passive aspect of it, similar to Jogo's extremely hot Domain.

I feel like even if the Falling Devil lifts Gojo up in the air, Gojo could reinforce his body with CE to lessen the damage from the fall and the infinity as a barrier to also mitigate damage. Then if that’s not enough he could just heal. I also imagine Gojo just rearranging his body so he lands on his feet and somehow recovers.
Weirdly enough i think he'd fall upwards constantly.. since that what she had plans for denji rather than just dropping him ..which I guess would end up with gojo being in space ...and...i don't know how that would go tbh lmao . With the falling devil mental manipulation I don't think gojo would be completely unaffected by it because refreshing your brain doesn't erase memories. Falling devil makes you relive traumas not input false memories by this the geto memories would be really effective because he's emotional af plus it's just falling devil's passive it doesn't have to be activated "round the clock" and lastly devils don't die, It's kinda pointless to match them since jujutsu sorcerers are not transcendent beings they age and die like human beings, to be honest any of the primal fears could just wait a millennia just let gojo age and die. His domain expansion is technically useless to the primal fears what would the mental overload even do to something on a planetary level being that is literally an embodiment of fear, sure hit doesn't do much because they have much much higher regeneration than RCT could even do. People arguing as if gojo could regenerate his head or being sliced up to pieces like limbs being completely removed, ffs he overheated using it constantly.... Also the fact that technically they have much more limitless power than gojo's cursed energy as seen with his battle on sukuna he's not "limitless" ironic isn't it, in short he won't win.

The falling devil has no way to get around Infinity or even with it's mental manipulation. The worst it could do is cast Gojo to hell and If it's still a 1v1 then it still loses. Even though it would be cheap, yeah the primals could do that. But Gojo could just figure out to split his soul into pieces and make them cursed objects like Sukuna and have the Gojo clan incarnate him if any of the primal fears want to finally fight. Infinite Void is literally just a better + guaranteed to hit version of Cosmo's halloween mental attack. So it may have a chance at affecting the primal fears. He didn't "overheat" by using RCT constantly. The nosebleed was from him destroying to part of the brain that has his Limitless Cursed Technique engraved in and regening it to be able to cast domain expansion again. Now why he can't regen the lower half of his body after getting it back to full output from black flashing Sukuna multiple times in a row is beyond me. Sukuna can regen limbs like nothing and Gojo's Self-RCT seems to be close to Sukunas. Plus when would he need to use RCT if they can't get through infinity.

The one problem I can see is that we only really get an explanation of the Darkness Devil's healing effect on Santa Claus. She only ate a small piece of its flesh, so I think we can safely assume the Darkness Devil's healing is even stronger. It also seems to have the ability to naturally create continuous darkness around itself. So unless Gojo hits it with Hollow Purple and not a single piece of it escapes, I don't see Gojo being able to kill the Darkness Devil via any kind of attacks. So it really just comes down to whether or not the Darkness Devil's brain/mental structure is eldritch enough to tank Infinite Void, or if the Darkness Devil has any hax or speed factor that would let it escape or counter domains. Which is basically impossible to prove.

The mental fortitude wouldn’t be that effective anyways because the sure hit of infinite void will always hit it and there’s no stopping that flow of information stated by Gojo to himself when you’re granted everything you can’t do nothing so the mental fortitude that the darkness Devil has to wouldn’t be working because you’re granted the information and you can’t stop it and also there’s nothing stopping Gojo from using his techniques inside of infinite void so he can just use a hollow purple or red and blue in his domain if he wanted to. Also ability to create a continuous darkness is a ability that the darkness devil has to use, so inside of infinite void it can’t do nothing so it can create in continuous darkness to heal itself

Personally, I think Makima is taking on most JJK characters pretty handily. The strongest are debatable, but most characters are struggling against her.

The more the devil is feared in csm verse the more powerful they are, and darkness devil is a primal fear (fear of darkness/unkown) that MOST living beings has even after just being born. Darkness devil presence alone could turn everything in darkness (which heals its body as long as there is darkness, has the ability to severe body in a flash, twists body by pointing, put holes in the body by talking, mental attacks by just looking and has also has a invisible barrier, just cant see in anyway that gojos infinity could block these lol. The primal devils literally havent experience DEATH (which sukuna and kitkat did). how can a human like gojo beat it? well i personally think gojo is a god at this point lmao. well it has shown darkness devil can be killed since denji can erase ppl by eating them,since hollow purple completly erase what it touches i think it could get past regeneration and act like denji's power,also i don't think darkness devil would be able to react to hollow purple due to it having imaginary mass(=light speed)

Personally, I think the darkness devil not being here by the stone ability might mean that he’s not actually where we see him like that is how he looks just that we can’t see his actual body that’s just like a projection, because part of the fear of darkness is the fact that you don’t know where your attacker is but it looks like we can always see him

Sorcerers actually dont create curses because they control over their cursed energy so it never leaks and creates a curse. This is why Geto wanted to kill non sorcerers. The only exception to this is if a sorcerer is killed not by Jujutsu and they return as vengeful curse spirit.

The ability doesn't refresh mental attacks. DD slams and it's not close. Santa Claus was given a piece of DD flesh and before the sun go down, she still was moving (fighting) around in the Light and regenerating her body. DD would have everything Santa Claus did and before DD fights anyone, he cover the entire area with Darkness. We see this in international association arc. So, I don't know what's the point. Domain Expansion ain't defeating DD and DD attacks will bypass infinity and instant kill him. Falling Devil also slams and it's not close. Gojo doesn't have any abilities that can erase concepts, so he can't win against FD. She will just regenerate, if any attacks damage her and her fear mental attack will send Gojo into hell. (Gojo doesn't have any resistance to mind/mental attacks)
All correct. Primal Devils are on a different level that we have barely scratched the surface of in CSM yet, yeah they're weak compared to some universe busters from other anime but what we have seen of them leaves a lot of questions, I mean the Falling Devil wasn't even trying because she wanted to capture Asa and like you said her presence in Japan cause gravity across the planet to fluctuate, it would be reasonable to assume Primals are at least planetary but like... why would they destroy the Earth when humans are their main source of power.
Gojo doesn't refresh "physical attacks", he refreshes his brain with RCT so that stuff like Infinity can continue going on without frying his brain, so I wouldn't see why the Refreshement of his brain wouldn't stop mental attacks from affecting him. "Domain expansion ain't defeating DD" doesn't prove anything, Unlimited Void doesn't defeat stuff on it's own (except people but that shit is irrelevant), it merely prevents you from doing anything, no speaking, no healing, whatsoever. The DD can't attack Gojo while UV is affecting it, and Gojo could very well keep UV up for as long as he wants (the Six Eyes and RCT). Yeah, nah Gojo doesn't have any concept erasure, yet again the FD wouldn't be able to hit Gojo, even with her mental attacks which most likely wouldn't work because of Gojo constantly refreshing his brain. But yeah, the Primal Devils most likely have the upper hand here, I don't see how Gojo would be able to kill any one of them unless Hollow Purple (which is only Existence Erasure) is able to work on the DD and the FD, which isn't shown anywhere (as far as I know...).

Chief ima be real with you this video was not it. The answer is no gojo can not beat the darkness devil because it's not like the regular devils you see in the series. The darkness devil is essentially a concept at that point and his powers have the ability to almost transcend that universe since in a couple of occasions it's implied that he has knowledge of the world he's in and actively breaks its bounds or acknowledges our existence. Darkness is the true embodiment of fear and i wouldn't be surprised if it was the strongest devil in that universe.
The strongest is probably either Death or maybe a Devil that embodies the fear of Devils but I'd say Darkness is AT LEAST top 5, there's probably a few more Primals we haven't met yet.
Gojo vs Dsrkness devil would probably be very similar to his current fight with Sukkuna with Gojo just healing himself while occasionally building up counterattacks. Domain expansion should work since devils feed from human fear, which makes them stronger, thus, they are basically curses

It is stated multiple times that curses are born out of residue cursed energy from normal people and that if everyone learned to control cursed energy, there'd be no more curses. Inversely in Chainsaw Man, once a devil is created, they're completely immortal and can only be truly killed once their concept is completely wiped from existence. Devils don't rely on humans to survive as they are psychical representations of concepts birthed from the mind of humanity while Curses rely on the cursed energy from the negative emotions from humanity to continue to survive. Devils are able to be killed by strong enough humans with normal weapons while Curses are only able to be killed by cursed energy. Devils are physical, can possess people and can even fuse with humans too. It would be like saying Pennywise or Freddy Krueger would have cursed energy just because they gain power from fear. These are completely different forms of the general concept of fear. Another good example would be like equating Ki, Haki, Chakra and spiritual pressure. Domain Expansion can work on devils but Gojo would not be able to detect Makima as she has no cursed energy which would make the fight exponentially harder for Gojo
Ngl , I feel like the equivalent of Gojo would be Makima. The Primals feel more like Eldritch entities, falling was using a avatar and was a catastrophe. So FOR ME the fight between Darkness and Gojo will be the exactly the same as Darkness vs Makima .

With the Falling Devil, we've seen that Primal Fears are functionally immortal: unkillable with sheer physical force. So Gojo can't kill them, not even with purple. Gojo, on the other hand, is very much killable. And we've seen that Primal Fears can attack in a wide varierty of ways that seem to completely bypass one's defences (for instance, the Darkness Devill can dismember you telekinetically), so I doubt Gojo's Limitless shield would come in handy either. In other words, Gojo would die: maybe not quickly, and not immediately...but surely.

It will depend on the environment they fight. If they were literally fighting in a void, even if he uses domain expansion the barrier can break from attacks outside. Darkness also uses mental attacks like Makima, pointing is enough to damage but needs to one shot to stop him RCT.
Either way mental attacks won't work on Gojo since he is constantly refreshing his brain with RCT. With Gojo's Six Eyes he can easily detect any sort of mental attacks to his brain and instantly get rid of it using RCT
the only factor that kind of makes me think Gojo's domain is useless against the Darkness Devil is the Cosmos Devil's inability to compete with primal fears. Whether it's the fiend or the devil, she was afraid of the darkness devil. The most plausible assumption is that the Cosmos Devil's ability does not work against primal fears because they're not mortals and take into account that her ability is more potent than Gojo's. The darkness devil transcends death and limitation, it embodies the universe's darkness, it's omnipresent. Basically, omniscience is useless when compared to the vast universal vacuum of space and darkness. Let's just assume hypothetically, if the primal fear darkness were to get eaten by Chainsaw Devil, it will alter everyone's perception of reality because dark matter would be forgettable or nonexistent. primal concepts like "falling" and "darkness" are too fundamental to be erased from the universe. And that is why they are stated to transcend death, they have never experienced death and probably never will.

Currently i have the devils above gojo . Purely because of their ability to ingore limitless. Of course gojo has RCT but given the damage the darkness devil dishes out on a individuals body i think it'd quickly end up with gojo dying. As for falling while i do see him Being able to refresh his brain as a interesting argument i do think her abilities would win in the end purely of how it is based on negative thoughts, traumas ect and while he is refreshing his brain ..the information isn't being wiped from his mind and in denji case he's giving himself brain damage to avoid thinking normally. The Primal Devils win rather handily. Falling devil has stated no weapons humanity has at it’s disposal can kill her (which, while not including nuclear weapons, is still insane), and Sukuna's best feat in terms of destructive capability is destroying one city. Also they outspeed Gojo by quite a bit, considering Quanxis speed and the fact that the Darkness Devil blitzed her. Makima resisted Halloween which is comparable to Infinite void. If she can, so can The Darkness Devil
i personally dont think city is the limit of ap and dc in the jjk verse cause you can argue it to be way higher depending on yuki's "black hole" and kenjaku tanked that at seemingly point blank range so i think the higher tiers like gojo and sukuna are way above city level in terms of ap,dc, and durability

Most author statements in JJK seem to put the characters at a lower power level than the fandom previously thought. The falling devil created earthquakes and landslides across the world with just her presence on earth (it was mistranslated in some translations to “cave ins”) to the point where people thought that they apocalypse had started, which is a lot more impressive to me than just destroying one city. Also considering that it is stated Gojo will die if he remains within range of malevolent shrine, he can’t ignore damage forever. We have seen RCT heal from partial decapitation, and a heart stopping, but nothing beyond that, and it’s safe to say that it can’t heal from complete decapitation considering that he told Toji that he could’ve been killed if Toji cut off his head

She literally caused so much damage people believed the apocalypse had begun all over the globe. She has also stated that humanity possesses no means to kill her, meaning the entire arsenal of the worlds military wouldn't kill her excluding nukes, and even then Pochita has survived nukes from the nuclear bomb devil and was still able to eat it, and the primal fears are considered more powerful than him. Not to mention a tiny piece of the Darkness Devil's flesh combined with the doll devil's abilities could kill the entire population of Japan on its own, which is a feat in and of itself. Malevolent Shrine attacks with thousands of external slashes which can be individually healed from, Makima's ability attacks internally with force enough to launch someone into orbit every time she says bang. It has a way larger range considering she was able to hit Pochita a little less than 60 miles away, and it can't be blocked by a simple domain because it isn't a domain expansion ability. And the Primal Devils have the same abilities and are considered to be more powerful than her. Yes, Gojo survived being partially decapitated, but he has even told Toji that if he had been fully decapitated by him he would've died. On top of which other Jujutsu Sorcerers stated that he would die if he didn't find a way to block malevolent shrine or escape it's range.
It seemed like Darkness had the ability to just fuck with causality. I think dismembering limbs isn’t something infinite can protect him from. I’m also not sure how Gojo gets through the barrier. Assuming certain things are equalized in verse (like using simple donation or DE to neutralize Darkness’ barrier) then sure, but we don’t really know what else it has going on in terms is regen, whether or not it has any kind of immortality, if the Six Eyes’ intuition can read primal fears, etc. There’s honestly too much going on with the primals that we don’t know about and honestly, their scale is larger than Gojo’s. Based on the scale, even if all things otherwise are equal, then they should win based on that

Meaning they interacted with it on earth. We've seen darkness fuck with dimensions before and if it can just straight up instantly kill someone from another dimension the way it did with the stone devil, Gojo is kind of fucked.

It's possible, there might some room for debate there. It's difficult bc we dont know the exact mechanics of all of Gojo's abilities or the upper limit to Falling's power. And hypothetically, if he just gets launched to space or something, then yeah that's a loss most likely.

Falling can just make Gojo kill himself. And to be clear, neither of the primal fears tried to avoid damage. Falling litteraly did not care that she was reduced to pieces, and only killed one of the devil hunters shooting her because she needed a human skull. I don't think darkness devil got a damage reflection tool, or maybe he does but i think he just summoned the stone devil and killed it, and if i remember correctly, the contract made with the stone devil was that any damage taken by Stone Devil was redirected to his contractor. An additional info, Falling said that humanity straight up weren't advanced enough to kill her. And that includes all devils that can make contracts. She didn't even try to kill anyone. She just did passively and the only attacks she made (destroying a city block by throwing an entire building) was with one finger to stop Asa and Denji from escaping, not to kill them. I think even Gojo wouldn't be able to kill a primal fear. They're transcendent and represent fears that affect everyone.
I don't think her passive ability of making people so depressed they kill themselves would work on Gojo and I'm not too sure about her trauma ability that sends people to Hell either since I'm not 100% on how mental attacks work on Gojo... I still don't think he could win I just don't know if those particular abilities would work on him.
Darkness win and its not even mid diff, hes country level at most while Darkness is definitely stronger than all the 4 horseman and i doubt that they could win if all 4 of them combine their strength, maybe at their peak they might be able to defeat him but if we are going that far then Gojo would completely lose at that point. Darkness is stronger than Gojo in both physical capabilities and hax, while Gojo still need to take his time with h2h combat against people like Sukuna and Miguel, Darkness devil just casually speed blitz people like Qanxi who was able to kill over hundreds of people in mere seconds and a MINUTE at most with nothing but a sword, yes hes a glass cannon but that doesnt mean he cant dodge, its just that when he fought with Makima she was using telekinesis so dodging would be completely useless, plus, it seems that Gojo’s purple skittle still has a speed judging from the fact that Gojo never used it when fighting Sukuna unless he make it into an explosive with high aoe form but lesser damage or if Sukuna’s in a domain where he can no longer move, judging from that, Darkness Devil CAN and PROBABLY will dodge purple hollow. Second problem is that it seems that space cutting move can kinda bypass Gojo’s infinite so telekinesis have a high chance of damaging him, this was how Sukuna was able to cut Gojo in half thx to Mahoraga figuring it out for him, I also doubt that Darkness doesn’t just straight up have more than 2 space control abilities, the only reason why im saying that its mid diff at most is because enhancing his body with cursed energy could help Gojo tank the telekinesis blast because even Makima’s telekinesis gun thingy couldnt just rip a hole through someone with high durability like Chainsawman. The deciding factor is still wether or not Gojo could react or deal with Darkness speed blitzing him, if Gojo survive and use domain expansion IMMEDIATELY then he could win but the chance of that happening is EXTREMELY low, plus we still dont know if Darkness Devil is even affected by Gojo’s domain effect because we never seen the full capability of this thing. In order to kill Gojo you need to at least destroy his head completely since that’s where his RCT aka healing comes from. If you believe that these primal fears can one shot Gojo then they’ll win but if they can’t then I’m placing my bet on Gojo. Gojo as of Chapter 226 (most recent chapter so far) so spoilers ahead has shown that he can heal from life threatening injuries in seemingly in instant even to his own head. In this current chapter he is fighting Sukuna the King of Curses, strongest sorcerer in history and is surviving in Sukuna’s DE. This DE not only slashes Gojo constantly but also buffs Sukuna 120% and Gojo is able to still go toe to toe with the strongest sorcerer in history. Personally I think Gojo can at least stalemate these devils since they as well have the able to survive life threatening injuries but I think Gojo has a higher chance of winning against these primal fears based off what has been shown of these characters thus far. (I’m biased AF)
I still feel like gojo hasn’t shown nearly as much as he has in his arsenal. Same with sukuna but it’s hard to believe sukuna’s open barrier will rival gojo’s. Honestly, the only way I see sukuna beating gojo is if he relies on tenshadows.
Remember that the sure hit of a domain expansion is instant as stated by Maki and Nanami while they were in Dagon's domain, and remember Dagon was much weaker than Gojo and Sukuna as well which means Gojo was healing cleave and dismantle instantly and subconsciously while analyzing the situation.

now we know that the falling devil makes you fall in depression and stuff aswell. I liked the falling devil arc. She wasnt as intimidating as darkness devil but that was because her contract came out of nowhere with less build up but I did really like her entrance and avatar design even if we technically never saw what she really looks like.
So, Darkness devil does cut and dry win here. His power of Regen nullification was over looked so no reverse cursed technique and such, the reason I say reverse cursed won't work at all is that angel permanently lost his arms and devils have utterly insane regen and there is absolutley no way Makima wouldn't have given him blood to regen. That being said its really unclear on how it works my guess is it just works when darkness wants too because it didn't work on power or kobeni but Aki had some permanent damage. Along with that, according to the falling devil primal fears just cannot be killed conventionally. Then the problem with falling devil here is well 1 Falling devil wasn't going all out here as she was brainwashed by famine and famine did not want her to destroy the world and based on the fact that her mere existance on earth flipped gravity and caused the aforementioned natural disasters I can imagine she has a much greater potential then what was shown. Similarly Falling devil has this nigh absolute immortality and just as far as we know the only way to truely kill a primal devil is with the chainsaw devil, the debate comes if you think thats fair or if you think deleting matter works. I personally say know because erasure is ontological and purple is not.

I don’t recall his powers to be ever stated to emit light, and it wouldn’t make sense unless Gojo is creating so much space with red he causes the wavelength of light to increase via Doppler shift, which I SEVERELY doubt from what we’ve seen. 7:54 moving is the least of his worries. Man should worry about trying not to get ripped in half from the combination of her gravity pulling down (or whatever direction) and his blue doing the same in the opposite. And if he doesn’t try to counteract, he’s just going to get hit with her attack! His infinity won’t work since his six eyes don’t really have a way to detect gravity or keep up with its speed, since he has shown to struggle with tracking much, much slower things like Toji who, with calcs from Maki is only hypersonic. War devil and Fami are too vague and their their powers aint fully explained just yet so I will just leave them out tbh. What attack does makima have that could affect gojo which he couldn't reverse curse technique from? Literally everything but her finger gun thing was physical damage and that finger gun could be reverse curse technique. Now if that is her only win condition then all I gotta say is hollow purple, 200% hollow purple and domain expansions are all attacks that would kill makima. Also domain expansion isn't even an attack so her contract wouldn't stop her from being hurt their and then gojo could just like bury her underground or hollow purple every single atom she has.

Domain expansions not working on people with no cursed energy is a massive misunderstanding. If that was the case, Gojo wouldn't have needed to hold back against the civilians and would have been able to activate his domain expansion against the disaster curses in Shibuya. And Sukuna wouldn't have been able to murder everyone in the city with his. The misconception comes from Maki being able to traverse through the domain expansions barrier. And that is the only thing that it does. It makes it so that she can pass through the barrier, even she is not immune to the effects, and neither are regular people. With that said, I think regular humans also cannot move through the barrier anyway, because anything that is capable of having negative emotions will produce cursed energy naturally. Maki is a special case, she is like a cursed energy void thanks to her heavenly restriction.

The issue with this fight, outside of not knowing much about the Primordial Devils, is that Chainsaw Man's power system works much differently from JJK. We've seen devils die and revive like nothing and as far as the op devils go, they kinda just point and exist and people get biforcated and have holes punched in them. It's hard to say how infinity can protect against something like this. As seen with Sukuna, in a domain, at the minimum, before Mahoraga's adaption, infinity was negated by sure-hit and cleave and dismantle hit Gojo. Since Chainsaw Man doesn't have these same rules with attacks, its hard to say if they can bypass infinite space or are just invisible forced that attack the target. Without knowing if its spacial manipulation or invisible force exerted, scaling to infinity's defense is hard, and since we know devils are as hard to kill as Gojo, could Gojo kill them, even with something like Hollow Purple or Ultimate Hollow Technique. Also, like we've stated, Gojo also has his flight and possible teleportation by manipulating space. Basically, the scaling is almost impossible with how little we know and how different the mechanics are. The power displayed in Chainsaw Man is hard to interperut as spacial manipulation, invisible forces, or something else, and when it comes to JJK, Gojo can literally shoot imaginary mass, has the power of gravitational amplification (in blue, which pulls due to negative space) and the push of red (being convergence), and if all else failed in the battle, domain could possibly work if you equalized verses in a sense, or he can just nuke the damn place. RCT is also an advantage. So at the end of the day, "Who knows." Btw, it has been a hot minute since I've read Chainsaw Man, so if they explained abilities like Makima's in how they work in correlation with interacting with the target, please due and explain. Last I remember they just kinda point and do hand motions and people become spaghetti on the ground.

I think the darkness devil definetly beats gojo, even if gojo's attacks emit light that light is only there for a short time, he can heal afterwards, and thats without including the fact that that light wont cover all the darkness aroubd them so he can still heal, and darkness devil's attacks seem to far outspeed gojo's attacks, we see in his fight vs sukuna that he barely uses blye, red and especially purple because they just take too long to use
An extremly small fragment of the darkness devil which didnt even emit darkness, had its healing merely slowed down when LIT IN FIRE... I highly doubt that the light gojo produces is enough to even reduce the actual darkness devil's healing

Ok lets speedrun the devils gojo cant fight in order of which ones hard counter him, some shown some possible. 1: death 2: darkness 3: cosmo 4: blood 5: forgotten 6: ocean 7: chainsaw/pochita 8: hell 9: human 10: look alike/close to human Most of these devils can just attack gojo through infinity, blood devil can weaponize his blood, cosmo would just make him insane think looking at an eldritch horror directly, death is death, forgotten is the fear of being left behind, forgotten and, forgetting, which likely means it interacts with memories so bye bye knowing how cursed energy works, ocean would likely just be a water bender but on hellish amounts of buffs, pochita broke out of hell and was a threat to all devils, id say they can deal with gojo, hell devil sends gojo to hell not much here, but it would be the worst place for gojo to end up, human is self explanatory, fear of people, and the uncanny devil would probably be able to make gojo unable to fight. For a few its speculatory but devils are fears, the steonger the fear the steonger the devil, so a common fear or a pre-installed fear like the unknown, deep waters, falling, are really powerful.

i'm gonna say it as it is before i watch the videos because i can almost guarantee what you're gonna say. 1. no, gojo isn't immune due to limitless since most of the devils attacks don't have any cursed energy or mass. 2. no, gojo can't use his domain expansion on them because they do not have any cursed energy and therefore domains can't be used on them. 3. no, gojo does not outscale them, he is outclassed in speed, durability, destructive power and hax. gojo has no way of winning this, and if you try and say he does then i know you're biased.

If the attack lacks the need for travel time or can land without distance being a factor then yes it does bypass infinity Gojo has never been shown to stop abilities that would be on his body in a instant rather than them traveling towards him ..the attack itself is on him already since it's manipulating gojo rather than traveling to gojo. It's a haxs rather than a standard ability like lets say jogo ect.

Cosmos' ability is far superior just because hers is permanent and GG once you're inside her mind library as opposed to Gojo's temporary effect. And even then, the Cosmos fiend will surely freak out in a panic just like the other fiends were in hell (chapter 64).
The only possible theory I found in the csm community as to why the Cosmos has never attempted or has not been able to defeat a primal fear devil is because her omniscient ability will not work against devils that embody the concept of "Eldritch Horror", fears that are universally incomprehensible and omnipresent to man, those devils are psychologically indomitable to omniscience. Take for example the Darkness Devil, it's a being with a universal fear that also stems from the unknown. Or the Falling Devil, a being whose fear stems from gravity, a universal principle.

Devils in CSM have hax abilities that would more than likely overwrite any kind of defensive abilities. Not to mention we have no idea how/why the Chainsaw Devil is allowed to just erase things from history just by eating it. This isnt just "oh everyone forgot it" but literally by eating nuclear weapons, not even the war devil (Who is aware they were deleted from existence) is able to use them anymore. Meaning that devils do have reality manipulation abilities which I doubt Gojo has any way to stop himself from getting deleted. Imagine if there was a "nothingness devil" that could just erase anyone or anytbing from existence if it felt like it. We see that the control devil can just control anyone it wants as long as it believes it is above them. Although we have no idea what kind of requirements there are needed to activate those kinds of abilities as CSM doesnt seem to want to go into detail on these abilities.

You forgot the most important thing of all. Devils are literally IMMORTAL. They are born from human fears, so even if current Darkness devil were to lose and die from Gojo. In the end it will just reincarnate and become the Darkness devil all over again, as long as humans stay fearing the darkness, which is basically forever as long as humans live.

To clarify a bit more on how Gojo's Domain works, his sure hit ability actually ISNT the overloading of information to someone's brain. That's essentially just a passive effect of being inside the domain. (Spoilers) During the Shibuya arc, we see that Gojo has to lower the duration of his void in a heavily populated area to not kill every civilian there. This means that the information overload isn't the curse technique imbued into his domain but rather just a passive aspect of it, similar to Jogo's extremely hot Domain.

I feel like even if the Falling Devil lifts Gojo up in the air, Gojo could reinforce his body with CE to lessen the damage from the fall and the infinity as a barrier to also mitigate damage. Then if that’s not enough he could just heal. I also imagine Gojo just rearranging his body so he lands on his feet and somehow recovers.

With the falling devil mental manipulation I don't think gojo would be completely unaffected by it because refreshing your brain doesn't erase memories. Falling devil makes you relive traumas not input false memories by this the geto memories would be really effective because he's emotional af plus it's just falling devil's passive it doesn't have to be activated "round the clock" and lastly devils don't die, It's kinda pointless to match them since jujutsu sorcerers are not transcendent beings they age and die like human beings, to be honest any of the primal fears could just wait a millennia just let gojo age and die.

The falling devil has no way to get around Infinity or even with it's mental manipulation. The worst it could do is cast Gojo to hell and If it's still a 1v1 then it still loses.
Even though it would be cheap, yeah the primals could do that. But Gojo could just figure out to split his soul into pieces and make them cursed objects like Sukuna and have the Gojo clan incarnate him if any of the primal fears want to finally fight.
Infinite Void is literally just a better + guaranteed to hit version of Cosmo's halloween mental attack. So it may have a chance at affecting the primal fears.
He didn't "overheat" by using RCT constantly. The nosebleed was from him destroying to part of the brain that has his Limitless Cursed Technique engraved in and regening it to be able to cast domain expansion again.
Now why he can't regen the lower half of his body after getting it back to full output from black flashing Sukuna multiple times in a row is beyond me. Sukuna can regen limbs like nothing and Gojo's Self-RCT seems to be close to Sukunas.
Plus when would he need to use RCT if they can't get through infinity.

The one problem I can see is that we only really get an explanation of the Darkness Devil's healing effect on Santa Claus. She only ate a small piece of its flesh, so I think we can safely assume the Darkness Devil's healing is even stronger. It also seems to have the ability to naturally create continuous darkness around itself. So unless Gojo hits it with Hollow Purple and not a single piece of it escapes, I don't see Gojo being able to kill the Darkness Devil via any kind of attacks.
So it really just comes down to whether or not the Darkness Devil's brain/mental structure is eldritch enough to tank Infinite Void, or if the Darkness Devil has any hax or speed factor that would let it escape or counter domains. Which is basically impossible to prove.

The mental fortitude wouldn’t be that effective anyways because the sure hit of infinite void will always hit it and there’s no stopping that flow of information stated by Gojo to himself when you’re granted everything you can’t do nothing so the mental fortitude that the darkness Devil has to wouldn’t be working because you’re granted the information and you can’t stop it and also there’s nothing stopping Gojo from using his techniques inside of infinite void so he can just use a hollow purple or red and blue in his domain if he wanted to. Also ability to create a continuous darkness is a ability that the darkness devil has to use, so inside of infinite void it can’t do nothing so it can create in continuous darkness to heal itself

Primal Devils are on a different level that we have barely scratched the surface of in CSM yet, yeah they're weak compared to some universe busters from other anime but what we have seen of them leaves a lot of questions, I mean the Falling Devil wasn't even trying because she wanted to capture Asa and like you said her presence in Japan cause gravity across the planet to fluctuate, it would be reasonable to assume Primals are at least planetary but like... why would they destroy the Earth when humans are their main source of power.

Gojo doesn't refresh "physical attacks", he refreshes his brain with RCT so that stuff like Infinity can continue going on without frying his brain, so I wouldn't see why the Refreshement of his brain wouldn't stop mental attacks from affecting him.
"Domain expansion ain't defeating DD" doesn't prove anything, Unlimited Void doesn't defeat stuff on it's own (except people but that shit is irrelevant), it merely prevents you from doing anything, no speaking, no healing, whatsoever. The DD can't attack Gojo while UV is affecting it, and Gojo could very well keep UV up for as long as he wants (the Six Eyes and RCT).

Chief ima be real with you this video was not it. The answer is no gojo can not beat the darkness devil because it's not like the regular devils you see in the series. The darkness devil is essentially a concept at that point and his powers have the ability to almost transcend that universe since in a couple of occasions it's implied that he has knowledge of the world he's in and actively breaks its bounds or acknowledges our existence. Darkness is the true embodiment of fear and i wouldn't be surprised if it was the strongest devil in that universe.
The strongest is probably either Death or maybe a Devil that embodies the fear of Devils but I'd say Darkness is AT LEAST top 5, there's probably a few more Primals we haven't met yet.
Gojo vs Dsrkness devil would probably be very similar to his current fight with Sukkuna with Gojo just healing himself while occasionally building up counterattacks. Domain expansion should work since devils feed from human fear, which makes them stronger, thus, they are basically curses

They are different for a couple reasons. It is stated multiple times that curses are born out of residue cursed energy from normal people and that if everyone learned to control cursed energy, there'd be no more curses. Inversely in Chainsaw Man, once a devil is created, they're completely immortal and can only be truly killed once their concept is completely wiped from existence. Devils don't rely on humans to survive as they are psychical representations of concepts birthed from the mind of humanity while Curses rely on the cursed energy from the negative emotions from humanity to continue to survive. Devils are able to be killed by strong enough humans with normal weapons while Curses are only able to be killed by cursed energy. Devils are physical, can possess people and can even fuse with humans too. It would be like saying Pennywise or Freddy Krueger would have cursed energy just because they gain power from fear. These are completely different forms of the general concept of fear. Another good example would be like equating Ki, Haki, Chakra and spiritual pressure.
Domain Expansion can work on devils but Gojo would not be able to detect Makima as she has no cursed energy which would make the fight exponentially harder for Gojo

Darkness devil would insta Gojo by simply making the darkness in his own body go outward.
With the Falling Devil, we've seen that Primal Fears are functionally immortal: unkillable with sheer physical force. So Gojo can't kill them, not even with purple.
Gojo, on the other hand, is very much killable. And we've seen that Primal Fears can attack in a wide varierty of ways that seem to completely bypass one's defences (for instance, the Darkness Devill can dismember you telekinetically), so I doubt Gojo's Limitless shield would come in handy either.
In other words, Gojo would die: maybe not quickly, and not immediately...but surely.

It will depend on the environment they fight. If they were literally fighting in a void, even if he uses domain expansion the barrier can break from attacks outside. Darkness also uses mental attacks like Makima, pointing is enough to damage but needs to one shot to stop him RCT.

the only factor that kind of makes me think Gojo's domain is useless against the Darkness Devil is the Cosmos Devil's inability to compete with primal fears. Whether it's the fiend or the devil, she was afraid of the darkness devil. The most plausible assumption is that the Cosmos Devil's ability does not work against primal fears because they're not mortals and take into account that her ability is more potent than Gojo's. The darkness devil transcends death and limitation, it embodies the universe's darkness, it's omnipresent. Basically, omniscience is useless when compared to the vast universal vacuum of space and darkness. Let's just assume hypothetically, if the primal fear darkness were to get eaten by Chainsaw Devil, it will alter everyone's perception of reality because dark matter would be forgettable or nonexistent. primal concepts like "falling" and "darkness" are too fundamental to be erased from the universe. And that is why they are stated to transcend death, they have never experienced death and probably never will.

Currently i have the devils above gojo . Purely because of their ability to ingore limitless. Of course gojo has RCT but given the damage the darkness devil dishes out on a individuals body i think it'd quickly end up with gojo dying. As for falling while i do see him Being able to refresh his brain as a interesting argument i do think her abilities would win in the end purely of how it is based on negative thoughts, traumas ect and while he is refreshing his brain ..the information isn't being wiped from his mind and in denji case he's giving himself brain damage to avoid thinking normally. Falling devil has stated no weapons humanity has at it’s disposal can kill her (which, while not including nuclear weapons, is still insane), and Sukuna's best feat in terms of destructive capability is destroying one city. Also they outspeed Gojo by quite a bit, considering Quanxis speed and the fact that the Darkness Devil blitzed her.
Makima resisted Halloween which is comparable to Infinite void. If she can, so can The Darkness Devil

i personally dont think city is the limit of ap and dc in the jjk verse cause you can argue it to be way higher depending on yuki's "black hole" and kenjaku tanked that at seemingly point blank range so i think the higher tiers like gojo and sukuna are way above city level in terms of ap,dc, and durability

The falling devil created earthquakes and landslides across the world with just her presence on earth (it was mistranslated in some translations to “cave ins”) to the point where people thought that they apocalypse had started, which is a lot more impressive to me than just destroying one city.
Also considering that it is stated Gojo will die if he remains within range of malevolent shrine, he can’t ignore damage forever. We have seen RCT heal from partial decapitation, and a heart stopping, but nothing beyond that, and it’s safe to say that it can’t heal from complete decapitation considering that he told Toji that he could’ve been killed if Toji cut off his head

Falling devil didn't do anything in terms of damage? She literally caused so much damage people believed the apocalypse had begun all over the globe. She has also stated that humanity possesses no means to kill her, meaning the entire arsenal of the worlds military wouldn't kill her excluding nukes, and even then Pochita has survived nukes from the nuclear bomb devil and was still able to eat it, and the primal fears are considered more powerful than him. Not to mention a tiny piece of the Darkness Devil's flesh combined with the doll devil's abilities could kill the entire population of Japan on its own, which is a feat in and of itself.
Malevolent Shrine attacks with thousands of external slashes which can be individually healed from, Makima's ability attacks internally with force enough to launch someone into orbit every time she says bang. It has a way larger range considering she was able to hit Pochita a little less than 60 miles away, and it can't be blocked by a simple domain because it isn't a domain expansion ability. And the Primal Devils have the same abilities and are considered to be more powerful than her.
Yes, Gojo survived being partially decapitated, but he has even told Toji that if he had been fully decapitated by him he would've died. On top of which other Jujutsu Sorcerers stated that he would die if he didn't find a way to block malevolent shrine or escape it's range.
It seemed like Darkness had the ability to just fuck with causality. I think dismembering limbs isn’t something infinite can protect him from.
I’m also not sure how Gojo gets through the barrier. Assuming certain things are equalized in verse (like using simple donation or DE to neutralize Darkness’ barrier) then sure, but we don’t really know what else it has going on in terms is regen, whether or not it has any kind of immortality, if the Six Eyes’ intuition can read primal fears, etc.
There’s honestly too much going on with the primals that we don’t know about and honestly, their scale is larger than Gojo’s. Based on the scale, even if all things otherwise are equal, then they should win based on that

Meaning they interacted with it on earth. We've seen darkness fuck with dimensions before and if it can just straight up instantly kill someone from another dimension the way it did with the stone devil, Gojo is kind of fucked.

It's possible, there might some room for debate there. It's difficult bc we dont know the exact mechanics of all of Gojo's abilities or the upper limit to Falling's power. And hypothetically, if he just gets launched to space or something, then yeah that's a loss most likely.

Falling can just make Gojo kill himself. And to be clear, neither of the primal fears tried to avoid damage. Falling litteraly did not care that she was reduced to pieces, and only killed one of the devil hunters shooting her because she needed a human skull. I don't think darkness devil got a damage reflection tool, or maybe he does but i think he just summoned the stone devil and killed it, and if i remember correctly, the contract made with the stone devil was that any damage taken by Stone Devil was redirected to his contractor.
An additional info, Falling said that humanity straight up weren't advanced enough to kill her. And that includes all devils that can make contracts. She didn't even try to kill anyone. She just did passively and the only attacks she made (destroying a city block by throwing an entire building) was with one finger to stop Asa and Denji from escaping, not to kill them.
I think even Gojo wouldn't be able to kill a primal fear. They're transcendent and represent fears that affect everyone.

Darkness win and its not even mid diff, hes country level at most while Darkness is definitely stronger than all the 4 horseman and i doubt that they could win if all 4 of them combine their strength, maybe at their peak they might be able to defeat him but if we are going that far then Gojo would completely lose at that point. Darkness is stronger than Gojo in both physical capabilities and hax, while Gojo still need to take his time with h2h combat against people like Sukuna and Miguel, Darkness devil just casually speed blitz people like Qanxi who was able to kill over hundreds of people in mere seconds and a MINUTE at most with nothing but a sword, yes hes a glass cannon but that doesnt mean he cant dodge, its just that when he fought with Makima she was using telekinesis so dodging would be completely useless, plus, it seems that Gojo’s purple skittle still has a speed judging from the fact that Gojo never used it when fighting Sukuna unless he make it into an explosive with high aoe form but lesser damage or if Sukuna’s in a domain where he can no longer move, judging from that, Darkness Devil CAN and PROBABLY will dodge purple hollow. Second problem is that it seems that space cutting move can kinda bypass Gojo’s infinite so telekinesis have a high chance of damaging him, this was how Sukuna was able to cut Gojo in half thx to Mahoraga figuring it out for him, I also doubt that Darkness doesn’t just straight up have more than 2 space control abilities, the only reason why im saying that its mid diff at most is because enhancing his body with cursed energy could help Gojo tank the telekinesis blast because even Makima’s telekinesis gun thingy couldnt just rip a hole through someone with high durability like Chainsawman. The deciding factor is still wether or not Gojo could react or deal with Darkness speed blitzing him, if Gojo survive and use domain expansion IMMEDIATELY then he could win but the chance of that happening is EXTREMELY low, plus we still dont know if Darkness Devil is even affected by Gojo’s domain effect because we never seen the full capability of this thing. Overall the scale are still favoring Darkness alot more than Gojo so Darkness win

THE THUBNAIL'S ARE FIRE
In order to kill Gojo you need to at least destroy his head completely since that’s where his RCT aka healing comes from. If you believe that these primal fears can one shot Gojo then they’ll win but if they can’t then I’m placing my bet on Gojo. Gojo as of Chapter 226 (most recent chapter so far) so spoilers ahead
has shown that he can heal from life threatening injuries in seemingly in instant even to his own head. In this current chapter he is fighting Sukuna the King of Curses, strongest sorcerer in history and is surviving in Sukuna’s DE. This DE not only slashes Gojo constantly but also buffs Sukuna 120% and Gojo is able to still go toe to toe with the strongest sorcerer in history. Personally I think Gojo can at least stalemate these devils since they as well have the able to survive life threatening injuries but I think Gojo has a higher chance of winning against these primal fears based off what has been shown of these characters thus far. (I’m biased AF)
I still feel like gojo hasn’t shown nearly as much as he has in his arsenal. Same with sukuna but it’s hard to believe sukuna’s open barrier will rival gojo’s. Honestly, the only way I see sukuna beating gojo is if he relies on tenshadows.
Remember that the sure hit of a domain expansion is instant as stated by Maki and Nanami while they were in Dagon's domain, and remember Dagon was much weaker than Gojo and Sukuna as well which means Gojo was healing cleave and dismantle instantly and subconsciously while analyzing the situation.

I liked the falling devil arc. She wasnt as intimidating as darkness devil but that was because her contract came out of nowhere with less build up but I did really like her entrance and avatar design even if we technically never saw what she really looks like.

His power of Regen nullification was over looked so no reverse cursed technique and such, the reason I say reverse cursed won't work at all is that angel permanently lost his arms and devils have utterly insane regen and there is absolutley no way Makima wouldn't have given him blood to regen. That being said its really unclear on how it works my guess is it just works when darkness wants too because it didn't work on power or kobeni but Aki had some permanent damage. Along with that, according to the falling devil primal fears just cannot be killed conventionally. Then the problem with falling devil here is well 1 Falling devil wasn't going all out here as she was brainwashed by famine and famine did not want her to destroy the world and based on the fact that her mere existance on earth flipped gravity and caused the aforementioned natural disasters I can imagine she has a much greater potential then what was shown. Similarly Falling devil has this nigh absolute immortality and just as far as we know the only way to truely kill a primal devil is with the chainsaw devil, the debate comes if you think thats fair or if you think deleting matter works. I personally say know because erasure is ontological and purple is not.

Domain expansions not working on people with no cursed energy is a massive misunderstanding. If that was the case, Gojo wouldn't have needed to hold back against the civilians and would have been able to activate his domain expansion against the disaster curses in Shibuya. And Sukuna wouldn't have been able to murder everyone in the city with his.
The misconception comes from Maki being able to traverse through the domain expansions barrier. And that is the only thing that it does. It makes it so that she can pass through the barrier, even she is not immune to the effects, and neither are regular people.
With that said, I think regular humans also cannot move through the barrier anyway, because anything that is capable of having negative emotions will produce cursed energy naturally. Maki is a special case, she is like a cursed energy void thanks to her heavenly restriction.

The issue with this fight, outside of not knowing much about the Primordial Devils, is that Chainsaw Man's power system works much differently from JJK. We've seen devils die and revive like nothing and as far as the op devils go, they kinda just point and exist and people get biforcated and have holes punched in them. It's hard to say how infinity can protect against something like this. As seen with Sukuna, in a domain, at the minimum, before Mahoraga's adaption, infinity was negated by sure-hit and cleave and dismantle hit Gojo. Since Chainsaw Man doesn't have these same rules with attacks, its hard to say if they can bypass infinite space or are just invisible forced that attack the target. Without knowing if its spacial manipulation or invisible force exerted, scaling to infinity's defense is hard, and since we know devils are as hard to kill as Gojo, could Gojo kill them, even with something like Hollow Purple or Ultimate Hollow Technique. Also, like we've stated, Gojo also has his flight and possible teleportation by manipulating space.
Basically, the scaling is almost impossible with how little we know and how different the mechanics are. The power displayed in Chainsaw Man is hard to interperut as spacial manipulation, invisible forces, or something else, and when it comes to JJK, Gojo can literally shoot imaginary mass, has the power of gravitational amplification (in blue, which pulls due to negative space) and the push of red (being convergence), and if all else failed in the battle, domain could possibly work if you equalized verses in a sense, or he can just nuke the damn place. RCT is also an advantage. So at the end of the day, "Who knows."
Btw, it has been a hot minute since I've read Chainsaw Man, so if they explained abilities like Makima's in how they work in correlation with interacting with the target, please due and explain. Last I remember they just kinda point and do hand motions and people become spaghetti on the ground.

Gojo would not be able to beat Darkness or thr Falling devil and that is beacuse the CSM devils have more hax and abilities as we see with Pochita and Pochita as now in the series seems weaker than the Primordials and Pochita was able to eat and erase things out of existance and if a Primordial is in a limited space than bad things will accure like there being natural disasters as we see with the Falling Devil and even was she just toying with Denji her being just on Earth caused Naturall disasters and i am pretty sure that the same can be said to the Darkness Devil but beacuse hell was infinity large there were no naturall disasters

Darkness probably forced the Stone Devil into a contract like the past Control Devil Makima but it is possible that it was able to copy abilites as we see him also use "Bang!" Like Makima but they both most likely had similar spatial abilitys considering that the Primals and the Horseman are some of the most feared and strongest devils but most of the Horseman are weaker than Primordials except Death and Spatial maniqulation could let him bypass or bypass throu it and that would make both "Blue" and "Red" useless but i highly believe that the Domain would work but Gojo still wont be able to kill thr Darkness Devil beacuse as we see Gojos domain is Black or Dark as we can see and that would mean that the Darkness devil would not die and we must remember that Darkness devil is not like a devil anymore its called like a "Ascended being" and we just see how he immedietly senses Denji and the others when they arrived and then he immedietly traveld to there and the Darkness devil if he was serious is most likely Light Speed since the Gun devil a devil that is far far weaker than the Darkness Devil was able to kill 1.2 million people in various countries across the world in five minutes and he traveld around the world too

I think the darkness devil definetly beats gojo, even if gojo's attacks emit light that light is only there for a short time, he can heal afterwards, and thats without including the fact that that light wont cover all the darkness aroubd them so he can still heal, and darkness devil's attacks seem to far outspeed gojo's attacks, we see in his fight vs sukuna that he barely uses blye, red and especially purple because they just take too long to use
An extremly small fragment of the darkness devil which didnt even emit darkness, had its healing merely slowed down when LIT IN FIRE... I highly doubt that the light gojo produces is enough to even reduce the actual darkness devil's healing

2: darkness
3: cosmo
4: blood
5: forgotten
6: ocean
7: chainsaw/pochita
8: hell

10: look alike/close to human
Most of these devils can just attack gojo through infinity, blood devil can weaponize his blood, cosmo would just make him insane think looking at an eldritch horror directly, death is death, forgotten is the fear of being left behind, forgotten and, forgetting, which likely means it interacts with memories so bye bye knowing how cursed energy works, ocean would likely just be a water bender but on hellish amounts of buffs, pochita broke out of hell and was a threat to all devils, id say they can deal with gojo, hell devil sends gojo to hell not much here, but it would be the worst place for gojo to end up, human is self explanatory, fear of people, and the uncanny devil would probably be able to make gojo unable to fight.
For a few its speculatory but devils are fears, the steonger the fear the steonger the devil, so a common fear or a pre-installed fear like the unknown, deep waters, falling, are really powerful.

Gojo has never been shown to stop abilities that would be on his body in a instant rather than them traveling towards him ..the attack itself is on him already since it's manipulating gojo rather than traveling to gojo.

You gotta remember that all limitless is , is gojo creating a infinite distance from himself meaning nothing that travels cannot reach him if it can't travel a infinite distance. Attacks that spawn directly on gojo or inside gojo bypass this distance created.
